i agree with u friend. dont compare zaheer or any other indian bowler to our kapil dev. he is an icon for us. he is the only player who played for india. he is not selfish like gavasker, he is not aggresive to batsmen like sree santh. he is not impolite like harbajan. in short i love him. he is my cricket idol.
Hey guys, plz donot compare Kapil Dev with Irfan Pathan....Irfan is nothing in front of Kapil Dev. Its insult of Kapil Dev. He was/is/will best so nobody can campare with him to anybody else.
Amitabh Bachhan is # one in the Indian Film History likewise Kapil is # in Inidan cricket history , you cannot comare Amitabh with Akshaye or Sharukh or Kritik likewise you cannot compare Kapil with Irfan,Ojha ,Balaji ,Zaheer etc.
Irfan Pathan is a better bowler than Kapil Dev and the most successful bowler in the team at present in all forms of the game and a better masterblaster and a perfect batsman with a sound defensive technique and superb stroke play to be a complete batsman in all the forms of the game if given a little chance as is given to other players like Suresh Raina Robin Uthappa Yuvraj Singh and Rohit Sharma and Dhoni Sreeshant RP Singh Praveen Ojha etc. Yusuf Pathan is another Briliiant batsman who can be used as an allrounder as well if the selection is not partial. Poor Kaif has been dropped for ever, what else do the selectors like Vengsarkar and Sharad Pawar need I dont understand. Waseem Jaffer who had the best average by an Indian batsman of 115 and a score of 315 never got a good period of time in the team to get settled.

I am also agree with you about yousuf pathan. He is one of the best all rounder in the indian cricket team . And selcters should definetly select him as soon aspossibel for indian cricket team.

why don't you go to pakistan and be a chairman of selection committe. We can export all those players to Porkistan and we can send Zahir khan as a bonus. For you, shifting expenses are free of cost. This is high time since champion trophy is conducting in terrostan. Poor porkistan can win ICC champion trophy. Please also take as many you want from our India. Good luck

You can't really blame on Indian bowlers for the poor average. The flat tracks in the sub-continent are a lot to blame for that.
