We should all know that sreesanth has once got Tendulkar to miss a ball and glared him in the eye , in a ranji match in 2005.Sachin then banged his later deliveries to the fence. That was sachin's reply. So Sreesanth is whachooo in reality and treatment of Bhajji and others is very much required for such a whackkoo who thinks the world of himself.

Is Tendulkar above normal human beings that nobody should stare him in the eye ? Get over your narrow minded mentality. It's a game and you're supposed to be competitive. Any antics, sledging etc are acceptable to a certain level. Hitting your opponent is not. What Harbhajan did was a shame not only to Indian cricket but all the fans who supported him during Symonds controversy. Now we know he did in fact racially abuse Symonds and Hayden was right in calling him an obnoxious weed.

well said goel it's true game requires both physical and mental pressure also in making the opponent weak. there should be limit for it. looking into eyes doesn't do any harm. no matter whatever happen physical handling should be avoided.

WHERE U WANNA HIM...WHAT DID U LIKE IN HIM...HIS BALL ON HIS HEAD..OR THE BALL IN HIS HANDS..OR THE OTHER ONE...NEXT TIME WRITE U WANT HIM..NOT WE..
Extract from the story carried by The Hindustan Times because of word limit impoed by rediff
There is no doubting that Harbhajan might well have been portrayed as the villain of the piece by everyone, given his recent runs-in with the authorities, but in this case, there is a history to what eventually ended in Harbhajan losing his patience.
It has been learnt that ahead of this game that both teams (without a win till this one) desperately wanted to win an edgy Harbhajan had warned Sreesanth not to abuse him or anyone else in the team, on the morning of the match. He apparently even told him that if he did, he would hit him.
According to sources in the Mumbai camp, even the Mumbai youngsters, many on the big stage for the first time, were told to try and ignore Sreesanth's tantrums as far as they could. They were also told that if they thought that the fast bowler had become uncontrollable, they should tell him (Sreesanth) that they would complain about him to Sachin Tendulkar or Harbhajan.
While it was not clear what exactly Sreesanth said to Harbhajan at the end of the game (though some say he crossed a line), it was reliably learnt that Harbhajan was terribly upset by Sreesanth's incessant and impolite chit-chat throughout the match.
One such glaring instance was Sreesanth's exchange of words with Musavir Khote after the young Mumbai all-rounder was dismissed.

Who is this idiot to tell the opposition what they can or cannot do ? Is he the baap of cricket ? Who is he to hit anyone if they misbehave ? This is absolutely disgusting behavior to hit one of your fellow team mates(from Indian team) and that too on the field in front of spectators. No matter what the circumstances, this is unpardonable and he deserves a ban. If not, this obnoxious weed will create more controversies for the Indian team as his character is such.

you are right goel. But u know what probably sree should be thankful why he hasn't received a Zinedine Zidane-like head-butt from a foreign player yet. He needs to understand the difference between aggression and misplaced aggression ..period.

Symonds was the reason DC lost both the first and the third game. In the first, he gave away 13 runs (with extras) at a crucial juncture. In the third, he bowled the last over and gave 21 runs. Of course, Laxman has to be blamed for making him bowl in the first place.

i agree with deccan lack proper of captency is seen, as there is no lack of good players
With the whole ipl bananza whats more to gain more publicity, shrishanth is not a "kiddo" for crying like this on the field and we already know what mess bhajji had made but we can't wholly blame him as we know the agressive attitude of shrishanth and what did he got for behaving like this on the field

There is a lot to learn from Aussies....Despite being agressive on the field, aussies perform very well and deliver positive results unlike Bhajji & Sree.
