When james bond 007 character was written in 1940s that time there was no ISD code. bond was a British character so it has nothing to do with Rassia ISD code. I dont buy your logic behind this question.

where are going guys that character was written in 1952 by Ian while he was in Holiday. That code was actually 9007 that to because at that time spies used to given code which is sum of 16. And it used to be secret.

but what is the point talking whether she is good looking charming or not....? if u belive that she is ur friend then plzz let her be ur friend.
