ICC MAY KINDLY CONSIDER AND EXPEDITE THE RECOGNITION OF ICL. IT WILL BE WONDERFUL DAY FOR INDIANS WHEN STALWART LIKE LEARNED HON'BLE MR. KAPIL DEV IS AT THE HELM OF AFFAIR OF ICL. WE SHALL BE INDEBTED TO ICC FOR THIS ACT OF ENCOURAGEMENT OF CRICKET. WITH KIND REGARDS TO ICC CHIEF EXECUTIVE.
Mr. Speed ( CEO of ICC ) - Sir, request you to give patient hearing to the cause of ICL. And please do not rush into any baised conclusion like BCCI.
Its not all about Money and Power (like IPL). It has given chance to so many young Indian Players ( like Satish, Binny, Syed Md. , Murtaza, TP Singh, Khaleel, Vignesh, Abu Nechim and so many others ) to be noticed by the people of India.
It has given an option to the Indian board ( if they recognise ICL ), to have 2nd Team if the 1st Team fails.
By recognising ICL, you will do good to many upcoming Indian talents, who otherwise would not have been noticed by the Indian board.
ICC being just like a father to all cricketing bodies, should treat ICL just like one of its children.

Problem is that all are not lion-hearted like Kapil Dev to have the courage to take on their respective boards.
Just see our own India players - Gavaskar, Amarnath, Vengasarkar, etc who inspite of being humiliated by BCCI in one or other way, do not have the courage to go against BCCI and openly support ICL.
Then, they are people like Shastri and Srikanth - like to do chamchagiri.
I think getting ICC's recognition is the best way for ICL to take on BCCI.

100% true. bcci is a useless monopoly. they have botched so many things for indian cricket. they are nly interested in the money, and will buy off even principled persons or beat them to submission
