Dear Friends! Why do we waste our time for the wining result???Let's see what is really going to happen, any way it is a game of bidding of Industrialist /Film stars,it will be like a horse race course, plyers will not be seen as a crickers(again earning dis-proportionate quick money) they will become horses for the races ,it will convert into a "entertainment only" without sports. The concept is stolen by IPL from ICL and showing that they have more money power. Are we able to digest this mockery and in front of us cricket might die! My God same cricket sport ! Thank you all. Jibak Majumdar,Sports lover

Hyderabad and Chennai are the top contenders for the trophy. They have the best players of this format of Cricket.

more than the good players ... they have a tactically sound captain in dhoni ... he assesses situations so quickly ... and luck seems to be on his side ...watever he does ... seems to turn lucky for the team ...
all the best to chennai .... though personally i feel jaipur and punjab also have a good chance with the likes of Yuvraj, shane warne and some unheard indian names with loaddddsss of talent.
and DELHI might just turn out to be the surprise package with the team with youngest overall age ... the fitness levels will be top class
LETS HOPE ... IPL doesnt lose out on its fizz because of shitty BCCI policiesss and fight with media !!

Dhoni sucks. Its just that it is a coincidence that India have done well whenever he has captained. And nothing else. There will be a time, when Indian one day team will go out of form and he himself will be out of form. It would be interesting to see how he handles that. Frankly he doesnt seem to have the technique to come out of a bad patch.

It is not clear as to what Mr. Rajaraman talks. Dhoni is primarily a wicket keeper and he has been continuously improving in this area. His glove work in the test series and ODIs in Australia in his very first tour came in for accolades from no less than Gavaskar, Ravi Shastri and other expert commentators.
Even in the just concluded test series against SA his keeping was just fantastic with no or very few errors.
Any runs he scores has to be considered a bonus for the team. In this respect also, he has come to the rescue of the team umpteen number of times in the last 12-15 months both in tests and ODIs. His batting in the second innings of the first test against England in England last year was an object lesson to more celebrated players like Dravid, Laxman and Tendulkar. It is said that fortune favours the brave. His technique may not be the best. But technicians like Dravid and Manjrekar are not a pleasure to watch for cricket fans.
As a captain, he comes off eloquently for his no nonsense attitude, desire to win, imagination in marshalling resources etc. He is rightly described captain cool.
Mark my word, Dhoni is destined to outshine more illustrious names in Indian cricket in the coming days.

Mumbai Indians (Kanjoos Ambani ka team) will not qualify for Semi Finals. They are the weakest team in the tournament. The same will be the case Four teams that will make it to semis would be Deccan Charges,Chennai, Bangalore and one of dare devils/kings XI. Kolkata knight riders will be also a flop team in terms of performance.
As a cricketer, Murli is definitely not one of the best bowlers - those who care, please discount his "heroics" against Bangla and Zim and those at his dodgy home pitches to get true picture. Add to that, his questionable action. But as a person, he is an extremely humble human being.
he is difficult to play, but in my view, Warne & Kumble are the worldTop spinners. Because their actions are never questioned. Murali's action is still under doubts.

Raniji, subah subah kya peeke ayi ho? Kolkata KnightRiders aren't playing a test match. They are playing 20-20 :-)
I like Dada, but there aren't too many others like him in the team, so I'm sure Deccan Chargers will rock.
It is an event consisting of different teams with players from different countries. It wud b a total failure just like the World Series Test Series between Australia and the rest of the World which had to be thrown into the dustbin by ICC.

Murli is an overated spinner. He is worse than Bajji without hist "heroics" against ZIm and Bangl and at his dodgy home pitch.

Mr. Ravi - "Dont you ever do that?" is a question... and you are making a statement... so ever should come after best.... So Don't you ever use 'ever' before best! Ok, BABY...
