That's why pak players participating in ICL were dropped from PAK national team. Now BCCI just paying respect(whatever u can say) to the PCB's decision by not allowing akthar to play IPL.

Shaan you got it right.... As Bindra's comments are mentally unsound. If that is the case then is BCCI doing justice to the players who has already played for the country and now in ICL... Its just as you said....
Its perfect time for Shoaib to join ICL. BCCI & IPL are only present for making money and to do any benefit to the game of cricket. These bunch of jokers are keen on destroying the players by making them play too many matches without looking on to thier fitness. We have glaring example of Yuvi, RP Singh, Kumble, Sachin who all are playing without being totally fit.
