why dhoni played 4 fast bowlers against australia in first one day. everyone knows that indian pitches are favourable for spinners . we dont need four fast bowlers , two are enouogh.

and Piush is injured...so rather than taking the idiot bhajji it was wise to take an extra fast bowler
Nothing!!! And we had everything to gain if we won!!! This send a message across that we are afraid!!! I thibk Dhoni was influenced by the seniors!!! Ausiies won a moral battle here!!!
There was plenty of article have been written about T20 world cups and enough have been discussed. One Indian called Viswanathan Anand won the chess world cup without loosing a match. Is there any article about it in rediff. This is the worst media coverage I have seen. Very cheap

Agreed. But what about 55,000 fans who had assembled? i was there at the stadium the out filed was in good shape after the groundsmen done the excellent work. When Gilchrist was keen to continue as a fielding side then whts the problem with Dhoni. For me its a defetist attitude nothing else.He did not care about fans.

What crap! Not just the outfield, but the conditions should have surely changed after the heavy rain that hit Bangalore. It would have been unfair on the Indian batsmen to play in bowler friendly conditions when the Aussies played in perfect batting conditions, and also when we knew that India could have played in batting conditions had the rain not come.

What role does dhoni play in the restart ? It is completely umpires decision. And it should stay the same. If the associations plan for the spectators, they should have a reserve day.
