This grading system is not fair. The game is a team work of all 11 players. All should be paid equally. Individual performance can be rewarded separately, match by match.

True...performace driven initiatives should be handled differently. Does anyone know if other countries have this system in place? And we need to have team rotation. Esp. considering the amount of cricket we play. Senior players shouldn't be expected to play in one-dayers.
on the field all players contribute equally and not like seniors or juniors. for 1 wkt of seniors like zaheer/kumble there is juniors like uthappa to take a diving catch. personally so it is team effort. i think dont discriminate between team players and demoralise them. it is better to go back to the previous system of equal payments to all.

I hate this grade.View each and every player in one point as an criketer.Dont split them by giving grade and salary difference it will affect the team.

ullu ke pathe. Ek player 10 saal se khel raha hai aur ek abhi aaya hai, dono salary same honi chahiye.
Irfan Pathan... about whom everybody knows that he is a outstanding all-rounder is kept in Grade C. Nobody can believe this. To me each and every player is placed in his desired rating but think something about Irfan Pathan.

I agree with u it's not justic with Irfan Pathan. He should be atleast grade B.He is the MAN OF THE MATCH for world cup final. BCCI should think again. He is the best ALL ROUNDER for TEAM INDIA. FAREED

Raw deal for Pathan. Definately. What about D grade players? Can anyone tell me who is Cheteshwar Pujara, Manoj Tiwari, S Badrinath,Ranadeb Bose, Ishant Sharma? They are getting equal to what Mohd Kaif is getting. Rediculous. Total remuneration that is paid to to these players should be stopped and instead this amount be spent on curators who will made wickets that would bring results in test matches.

BCCI ,PL WAKE UP & STOP PARTIALITY AGAINST PATHAN,HE IS A MAN OF THE MATCH OUTSTANDING PLAYER.HE DESERVED GRADE "A".SHARAD PAWAR HAS BECOME MAD,INSANE, BLIND & PUPPET OF VENGSARKER.STOP PLAYING POLITICS AT LEAST IN CRICKET.

I do agree with both of u, it is not at all fair on a part of best player all rounder like Irfan Pathan. U must have noticed in 20-20 World cup, even having all rounder and good bowling performances, he did not get any countribution. at least BCCI should consider fr a player like Irfan Pathan, who gives his best 100% to Indian cirkcet.
