There was no need for this prade..they sud have flown from the Airport directly to the Stadium in a chopper and there sud have been a function there!
In anycase the roads of bombay are overloaded...this has just added to the confusion.

India does not win the world cup daily. It is a historic occassion and let us celebrate. Tell me which other event brings the whole country together? Chakde India

I think this celebration is just waste of money. We shud also think abt those dying farmers and those who sacrified there lifes on border. Definately this win gives has given us smthing to cheer but we are forgetting everyting else.

Ha Ha Beware u champions....we have a problem here...win boost their ego....loose burn effigy...This parade shud be avoided & just celebrate at Wankhede stadium like any other match.Fans can watch live & also TV coverage...Sharad Powar treating the players like politicians

think that the celebration has been stretched too far .
only after 4 days aussies are coming and these guys need all the rest they can take becoz aussies will come hard at us .

Yups u r right. This was a T20 Championship not a world cup and these guys are getting too long a celebration. Aussie after their loss in T20 are going to come hard against us. This wasnt a World Cup like Kapil won in 1983, it doesnt come anywhere near to what kapil and his boys did.

sharad pawar ji have a heart and let them go to their folks and enjoy because they have to move to bangalore again .
