Idiotic praises from fanatic followers

We Indians go gaga over cricket. The cricketers are treated like demi gods.

We have recently had won the ASIA CUP in Football there has been not appreciation for the footballers.

Thanks to the Indian Cricket fans, no other sports will prosper or be recognised here.

HOCKY winning, I mean ASIA CUP was a wonderful. Most exiting goals they made against Japan and Korea and yet Cricket takes the front place for the people to celebrate.

Some of the Indian muslims who celebrate Pakistan victory were unnecessarily disappointed. I pity them, they have this inferiority complex and identity probelm.
On the other hand Irfan's bowling is admirable and we should really appreciate his skills.

Very congrats for indian team. Amazing final game.Dhoni is excellent captain.whenever BCCI selected Dhoni as a captain that time i opposed it.now i appollogise that one.really wonderful captaincy, under pressure his captaincy is well.Match final over is example that one.very gud .all the best dhoni and our all players.entire nation celebrating that fabulous victory.i will request one think to BCCI Selection commitee.Sachin,Ganguly,Dravid always we will keep in team.becouse their experience help us.i think they will help dhoni.after that india will be a strong team in world. those three experienced players lots of acheivements done in cricket.50 overs match is totally different from t20/20 match.so 50 overs match we must require senior players support.we will keep atleast 3 players.another think sachin and ganguly is gud opening partner in the world. so we won't disturb.they are achieve more also in future.young players - 8 nos old players- 3 nos.that is gud formula. My best of 11 players.

opening
1) sachin
2)Ganguly
3)gambir
4)dravid
5)yuvraj
6)Rohit sharma or Dravid
7)Dhoni
8)Irfan Pathan

I think Sreesanth is to eccentric to be part of one day team and can no way replace Zaheer. Ramesh pawar is a much better one day and test bowler than harbhajan "YORKER" Singh who use to be an off spiner some 4 years back. Now he is no better than Chris Gayle. Ganguly I feel is now not required in One day team. He is very slow in the feild and in running between wickets.
1)Sachin
2)gambir
3)yuvraj
4)dravid
5)Rohit sharma
6)Dhoni
7)Irfan Pathan
8)Pawar
9)Piyush Chawla
10)Zaheer Khan
11)R.P.Singh

what about Zaheer? Have you forgotten him? and what about the other portly off spinner......i have forgotten his name. Other selections are fine. But Zaheer is a sure shot, and the other off spinner who played against England is a better bet than Harbhajan

Zaheer shoul find place in team as bowler in place of joginder. Harbhajan is not finding his rytham. Ganguly shall opt out himself from the ODI team, becuase selctors are finding difficult to removwe him as CPM is backing him and even may rise issue in parliment. Sachin & Dravin should pave way for young player like Rohit sharma, who has impressed eith his striaght hitting aginest brett Lee ,Goutham Ghambir ,Uthappa. First off all Hats off to Rahul Dravid for opting out from the 20 Twenty tournament otherwise Board would not have been courageous to field this young team and I am sure india would have ended up as first from the last with our old horses.Board shouls start encouragin young talen in ODI & twenty 20 other wise young guys become old before these okld horses retire on their own.-gvr

rejoice countrymen

1. Both Indian idol finalists from north east and captain of T20 from a small town. Well India shining is being redefined. The real diamonds are hidden in remote coalmines.
2. The big guns did not fire in final - Sehwag (injured), yuvi, dhoni and bhajji. The balance team rose to the occasion which augurs very well for the team.
3. I surfed through all the channels last night and was amused to see one unsung hero (rohit sharma) not getting the due credit. This innocent looking boy was unconquered in the tournament and those 30 runs toward the end were priceless.
4. Dhoni was lucky with tosses but luck favours the brave.
5. I think before the tournament selectors must have thought - harna to hai, kaisi bhee team de do. imagine zaheer did not opt out but was rested by selectors. with him around, victory margins would have been bigger.

I have a strong feeling that the match was "fixed". 157 was very low score on that wicket and specially for pakistan.

Specially the way the players got out (bowled) the way they were selecting the shots seemed very deliberate intent.
millions of dollar is in this T20 matches. Paki cricket board & players finance structure is in mess. They can be easily be fixed for few dollars.

They purposly didn't hit pathan for many runs & on the other hand other bowlers were smashed to all the corners of the ground. I just can't digest the way afridi & younus slected there shots & got out. They might got a very thick check over 15 million dollars. the figures might shock you, but you have no idea how many millions involved in this game. this one game which has highest numbers of fans following after soccer. if soccoer player can get 12 million pounds, why can't a T20 player get.

Congratulations!!!
by sanchay kumar pal on Sep 25, 2007 11:33 AM

My heartiest congratulations to Team India and everyone who prayed for this victory.

Under the able captaincy of MS Dhoni the young team members have done the very best. Though the pressures are always there when playing against Pakistan at this high a level, but our boys didn't let it show up on their face and game.

I liked the statement Dhoni made about the pressures. Just play your natural game guys.

It seems the big three were having an image bigger than themselves which crushed them. The young guys now playing have a lot of enthusiasm and faith on themselves.

Congratulations again!!!

Did you see these news?
"Clashes after Twenty20 final, 5 injured

Tuesday, 25 September , 2007, 08:12

Gadarpur (Uttarakhand): Members of two communities clashed in Gadarpur late Monday soon after India's victory over Pakistan in the Twenty20 World Cup final in Johannesburg, after which police fired in the air to disperse the warring groups.
Five persons were injured in the clash, which took place after some people took out a procession to celebrate the victory of Indian cricket team, which was objected to by members of the other community, police said, adding four persons were rounded up.

Patrolling has been intensified and a large number of policemen deployed in Gadarpur area of Udham Singh Nagar district following the clash.

The situation in nearby towns like Kitchha was also stated to be tense but under control, police said. "

How can an Indian national think about supporting our rival Pakistan??

Shocking and Embarassing!

Same has happened in the Ahmeadabad at Gamatipur Area. It's same for the electronic media who doesn't bring this kind of incident on their channel. I don't know what they want to show the real Indian. I don't count them as an Indian, to whome "jis thali me khata hai usi men chhed karata hai".
