Dhoni has been selected in spite of overwhelming pubmic support for Saurav, although he has not been so successful in T20 World Cup and has yet to learn from his mistakes. Influence of Greg Cahppel, who is considered to have ruined Indian cricket, still looms large and although Sachin with his poor record as captain was acceptable, Saurav is not acceptable, despite his best record. They say the selectors have eyes on future, but where do we stand in future if we lose the present.

SURAV WILL BE THE BEST CHOICE IF HE AGREES,EXPERIENCED AND GOOD CONTROLL OVER PLAYERS.
Sunil Gavaskar, the slowest scoring batsman the world has seen, sits comfortably in the commentator's box and showers TV viewers with opinions and ideas and is critical of many batsmen for scoring slowly. He also is the first to jump up and pronounce the skipper's guilt in many a defeat. Maybe the selectors ought to ask him to lead the team.
