i welcome Greg Chappell,the outspoken coach who clearly revealed the problems of indian cricket...but we mad people didnt understand the facts and true needs of game...these senior guys didnt let greg to do the job,they know if greg was the coach means they wont survive ,thats why they made all these politics and silently removed Greg by doing some emotional stats...i like greg's policy of "perform or perish".....why Australia wins because of "the survival of the fittest"....greg insisted these things...our seniors doesnt like these things ...and they wont leave way for youngsters like Raina,Tiwary,Badrinath,Rayadu,Pujara.....Politics from Top to bottom -thats BCCI......Australian board remved Mark waugh,steve waugh at their best...if they born in india they could have played more matches...we have to understand the fact.performance counts....cricket is not only about batting and bowling these days....fielding is one of the key area and running between the wickets ...where our fabulous players lack and fail...thats why chappel wanted youngsters .....seniors disliked him....You cant hide for Truth for too long ...thats why sachin,sourav and Rahul didnt played 20-20...i want the game to played by younger people like tiwary,raydu,raina,pujara,badrinath,rohit sharma,piyush....thats what greg emphazied..i think still even after seeing england ind

Jagadeesh are you mental? How old is Hayden or Gilchrist or Ponting ? Bloody fool all of them are more than 30 and infact Hayden and Gilchrist are older than Sachin . You got clay in your head or what you are saying they are 26 years old.

I agree Hayden and Ponting are more than 30.....will ever they run 2 runs for definite 3 run? still they are diving and taking brilliant catches...will you agree with me?where does our fabulous players stand?i m sure for us individual stars important than the Game of cricket...you people are against gromming youngsters for future....

ya i m mental,becos i want the younger and fitter people to play the cricket, then for that reason you r telling me as mental i m not against you.....where is our 2011 world cup....when you wll groom younger people after sachin and sourav cross their 40,s is nt it?well done siddhu bhat....thats why i m telling you Australian people always speak about future and thats why mark waugh,steve waugh(last test innings was match saving one vs india-sydney),warne-ODI s retired in their peaks....we indian people have lot of emotional and sentiments.....we r hard to undertstand the truth of need of young and fit legs to conert 1 s into 2 ,s and take brilliant catches and runouts....so you are against it means then people decide who is mental ?right mate :)

There is a catch in your statement. If you have watched the last ODIs against England, we lost some matches due to poor fielding, but not all was from the older guys. But we surely one the three ODIs where we had century stands and ravishing starts from our "BUDDHA" Brigade. Remember it is a toss between a good fielder, an ordinary batsman or an ordinary fielder and a brilliant batsman.
It is good that Lalit modi, Vice President of BCCI, has shown some positive approach (regionalism?) by opening a region wise cricket academy in the interest of the developing cricketers. But it is a shame that Lalit Mody has not found any crickter of India suitable as a Coach - he found only Greg Chappel for this job. When it has been proved that Chappel followed divide & rule policy in Team India. Rahul Dravid (Chappel's nearest & dearest) had also confessed that Chappel could not adapt well in our country.... Under his coaching star studded Team India could not even cross preliminary round in WC for which we all are ashamed. It is a shame to see Greg Chappel, instead of getting punished is being rewarded. Tell Mr. Mody - what Chappel will do there? It is a shame to see Lalit Mody to play with the sentiment of the entire country - Chappel is coming back with his Ian Frezzer - shame! It is really shame - not for Chappel as he is a shameless guy - and both Chappel brothers have a calculative method of disrupting Indian cricket strength by poking their fine nose & politics. Lalit Modi is required to be criticised in all levels by all Indian - he will ruin the game. It is a shame to see Sharad Pawar, president of BCCI, is engaged in Kawali with Subhas Chandra -Mr. Pawar has no capacity to show something new - why is he following somebody's idea - he doesn't have any new idea - then what for he is there? Only to utilize his political capacity to loot BCCI? It is shame.

we never believe in building team for the future,for indian cricket fans the stars like sachin ,sourav are bigger than the Game,i want a team for the 2011 world cup with players like Piyush,uttapa,Raina,Tiwary,Puajara,Rayadu,Rohit,yuvaraj,Dhoni,Irfan,Dinesh,RP singh..even now early days it may lose...the average age is less than 26 or 27.....

I fail to understand why this Chappel is being called in (to RCA). He has already spoiled the indian cricket by his new tech ad methodology and we all could see the end result - the early exist from WC. We never learn from our past mistakes. God only can save our country. Politiciaing cricket is also not good for cricket and india.

simple yaar bcoz no one gets selected from my state so who cares abt the coach and his abilities, Our respected Modiji is smitten by Chappel's white skin though sagged like puckerings in arseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Modiji himself is arseeeeeeeee black and he wants some gora to lead a pack of players who know that their last achievement wud be Ranji or @ the max Irani trophy. With the way, Indian bowlers have bowled, they should wear a saree and come on to bowl.
1) Punjabi Lehenga Saree: This is for yuvraj. He should play cricket wearing this saree, after getting hammered for 5 sixes from Dimitri and then giving away 25 runs in his last over in last match. Also please wear one pathicoat and choli
2) Kerala Kasuava Saree: This is for Sreesanth. Wow... the way you ae bowling, it would be to wear this kerala saree and drink nariyal pani on the field after getting hit from players like oram and mcmillan.
3) Paithani saree: This is for Sir Ajit Agarkar. Like Agarkar who is always costly, this saree is very costly too start with 5000 Rs. Ajir aunty should wear this saree always while coming on to bowl with a jhoomroo and a garba

This man Lalit Modi will ruin the game, for sure; Why cant he think of such an academy on an All India basis? His primary role is Vice President of BCCI, and that means the focus shud be on the development of the game in the country and not in one corner. He can very well start in Rajastan, but it shud be meant for the budding cricketers all over the country.
Is Ajit Agarkar aunty playing in the next match against England? If playing, will ajit aunty wear a saree or blouse and paticoat? will she be bowling for India then...
Let me explain you, how India messed themselves up. Their calculation is pathetic. Dhoni is pathetic. While playing that match against Pakistan, Bangladesh already qualified. If we had lost the match against Pakistan, we would been in a group with Bangladesh, Australia and Sri Lanka and because we won the match, we are in England, New Zealand and SA group.
Now Pakistan has beaten Lanka, and with one more win with Banladesh, they will be in semi final, whereas we lost against New Zealand and one more loss will put India out of this world cup. And with England and south Africa, it is going to be very difficult. So please, give last farewell to India team and great Agarkar for his contribution to Indian team and taking this Indian cricket to new height

Irrespective of winning or losing, India would have been in the same league, because it does not depend on your position in the league. It is based on "league seedings" like the westindies world cup. Had Bangladesh qualified instead of India, it would have been in Indias league!
Pakistan has beaten Sri Lanka and now have a strong chance to enter Semi final.... Ask how?. The other team in their group is Bangladesh. Bangladesh may surprise on their day, but Pakistan will be careful and 2 out of 3 wins, Pakistan will enter semi final.
On the other hand, India will not go beyond Super 8. Super 8 will be their last jounry, because England is strong, and then we have to beat South Africa again and south africa will be very tough in their home ground and to go in semi final and we don't have opposition team like Bangladesh in our group to beat. So our people, give a last farewell to India team.
JAi BCCI, Jai Agarkar, Jai Pawar, Jai Gavaskar,Jai Marathi and ghati bandgaon gang.
