Dungarpur has always been and educated twat, full of nonsense. 99% of time he is wrong and spouts nonsense of biblical proportions.
His anger against Ganguly - Ganguly was his mortal enemy Dalmiya's love child yet Ganguly was successful beyond his presumption.
All that saying I don't think he would've mishandled the funds like Dalmiya yet there is a remote possibility.
Overall Dungarpur is a failed cricket administrator and in fact the worst thing to have graced Indian cricket after match fixing scandal and Siddhuism.

MAY BE BUT GANGULY IS SOMEONE WHO PLAY FOR THE COUNTRY NOT FOR MONEY. WHEN HE BORN THE MONEY HE SAW EVEN PEOPLE LIKE KAPIL, SACHIN , DRAVID, SHASHTRI AND MANY OTHER CRICKETER HAVEN'T SEEN.
