Everyone is screaming regarding the omission of rahul dravid Just go through the statistics Sourav Ganguly scored runs in an avg of 26 in 20 ODIs just before his omission in 2005 And Dravid scored at an average of 28 in his last 18 ODIs after world cup If Gangulys omission could be justified then why not Dravids? He deserves it Before terming me a Sourav fan Or a Bengali Just search the stats guru in cricinfo
It is very unfair to drop Rahul dravid just on the basis of his last series. he is reliable player for India, since last decade . Rahul will come back and will be back with a bang soon.
It is shame on Indian cricket today. We are not protected by wall any more. Idio-ts have dismantled the bricks. The Wall has been broken. Guys you know does any selector would like to drop Dravid in the manner he has been done. Shame on you Vengsarkar. You are not only making nonsense desicions but also spending all our money enjoying the foreign tours with the team. Step out of the selection committee before you are forced to do so. Stop favouring your city people. You can't Drop Sachin, cause we all know obvious reasons. We all know who is better match winner now. You mumbaikars are all same natured. Selfish and self centered.
it is unfair with dravid to be droped. why did selectors gave a chance to sehwag who is not at all performed in the challenger trophy. instead selecting sehwag the right choise was s. badrinath then it was a fair decision.
The writing was on the wall. The moment Vengsarkar named Tendulkar as the vice Captain it was there for every one who knows Mumbaikars to understand, the time was not far when he would be the captain. If Dravid had not given up his captaincy. He would have been sacked. But dropping Dravid from the one dayers is very bad indeed.
thank god for removing the bigest liability to indian cricket ...dravid.its very good he has been replaced. but why did they go with sehwag .. drop one liability and select another bigger liability

Change ur language......there cannot be a bigger liability than the biggest liability (as u have mentioned in the very first line). Just wait and see.......U may have to change the word liability to reliability after the Pak series (regarding Sehwag)

Shame on people like you. Rahul is biggest asset of indian cricket. The whole cricket world respects him and you are saying he is liability. May God help you to choose right idols.

Dravid & Liability ??? R U Druk or crazy ??? B preapred to chew ur own words within a few days ...
BCCI should fix retirement age for all Cricketers. Just like any government Job they can play up to 33 or 34 after that they should make way for others whether they are playing well or not. OUr big three have occupied their position for the last 10 years or so, whether they play well or not. If u dont drop them how can young players get chance. M.K.Tiwary, Suresh Raina, Badrnath, Praveen Kumar, Joginder Sharma, Rohit Sharma, Y.O.Mahesh, P.Ojha, C.Pujara, A.Rayudu to name few who are waiting in the wings to break into the Indian Side. These young players should be given chances so that we can build a good teams for the future. So long as these big three remain in the team you cannot give any young players chance to play, and except Tendulkar other two are not seemed to be performing well on the field. So we must look into our future. Can we expect them to play up to next World Cup in 2011.

i think this is more logical but not practical because some of the players play well as they gets aged :)
