S badrinath after making so many runs has never been considered for final 11....this all tells the story of indian cricket....inspite of ganguly, gambhir should open along with Sachin....badrinath should have been at no 3 position...

I couldn't see any commitment from many young players in the going tournament...
No great fielding or clever bowling...

Blessing In disguise...
by Tim on Oct 28, 2007 07:06 AM  | Hide replies

The selection of Sehwag is actually a blessing in disguise for the Indian cricket. Since he has no technique and just prays that the bat meets the ball. So there is no way that he is going to do well anyway. This time after he fails will be the end of him in the Indian Cricket.

At least the selectors made a good thing, in the sense they speed up the process of kicking Sehwag once for all.

Your perception is wrong. What Tecnique Ganguli has to be playing in Test matches?? Some players despite being not very good technically can still score well. Sehwag is one guy if he gets going the Team wins.
