Munaf generally bowls anywhere between 125kph to 135kph, occasionally 138kph. His average speed is mostly in around 130hph and this writer calls him "tearaway fast bowler" when in fact he(Munaf) is just a medium pacer. Maybe "tearaway fast bowler" means something else to this writer.
If there really is a rule stating that only the captain can inspect the pitch, its really stupid. Each and every player who participates in the match should have the right to inspect the wicket. When will we get rid of these antiquated rules in cricket from the 1800's?
