u expect me to do when you write such nonsensical stuff? What has Kaif done in last couple of years to merit a place in Indian team? Agreed He is a good player but what has been his domestic record in last 2 years? If you talk sense, nobody would be sarcastic.
I think we should send 5 teams to Australia. 1. Western Indian team, comprising of Sachin, Zaheer, Jaffer, Agarkar, Patel, Munaf etc 2. North Indian team with Yuvaraj, Sehwag, Bhajji, kaif, Piyush etc 3, East Indian team with Ganguly, Deep das gupta, Ranadeb Bose, Manoj tewari etc 4. South Indian team with Dravid, Laxman, Sreesanth, Uthappa etc 5. Central Indian team with...anybody...who cares!!!
This way, people from all over India will be happy. Results be damned
Frenz!!!! i suggest that only chance of winning the series is to get the actresses whom our dumb cricketers love for publicity and ask them to cheer our team in the ground like we had some dancers in T20 match only then this greedy cricketere will play excellently well in ODIs and Test matches and poor actresses will also get some face in the cameras.

Dear Read my message clearly i mentioned like those dancers we must ask our actresses to cheer in the field.

Nopes Junaid u are wrong u cant say that without wasim , Kaif and Munaf we dont have a chance they have got enough chance to prove themselves but failed to do so.

they r not fit for current senario. kaif n jaffer can never play like uthappa, gambhir , yuvraj, rohit etc.but ya i agree with u abt munaf patel

Let me tell you that kaif will come in to the team, but for that to happen Vengsarkar has to go.I think Kaif should be in the test matches.Looking at the way he plays, Dravid did try to make him a no 3 batsman but before could settle in to it, kaif was dropped.I still feel Kaif is a good No.3 batsman
Yuvraj is best in 20 - 20,but he cannot withstand in tests which really tests the capability of a cricketer moreover yuvraj donot play spin nicely,he is scared of that
RE:Spin scare yuvraj
by Venugopalan on Oct 24, 2007 03:54 PM
sorry to differ. Yuvraj definitely is test material. He is technically equipped and can negotiate both pace & spin with each. A very useful utility bowler and a wonderful fielder. What else you want? He may not be the best alrounder ever but given a chance he will outshine everybody. Moreover his aggression is genuine.

Your team is quite good. Howver since you have dropped tendular and ganguly why nit dravid as well?
I presume u a thinking post big 3 i.e next odi world cup?
Other names to think about:
15. Puyish cawla (he be better than bhaji soon)
16. Partiv Patel (good backup opener)
17. Praveen Kumar (alternative bowlin alrounder)
IMPORTANT: I feel that pravin Kumar is very important as he can provide repalcement for Ifran when there is a lot of cricket or injury to Pathan. He will also provide healthy competition for alrounders in the indian side.

Ganguly played with Yuvi so left hander can not be threat to his place. He played cat and mouse between Yuvi in ODI and Kaif in Tests. Now one more Gambhir challenging his place in ODI's.Ganguly mediocreness is reflects in this report...
The telegraph on October 8 th report says
Assistant secretary Snehasish Ganguly%u2019s role will also come under the scanner. There has been growing pressure from a section of the members for his resignation. Snehasish has conceded to having introduced Pradip Todi, younger brother of Ashok, to the police chief. He is also a director in their company.
It may be recalled that police had raided Todi%u2019s Burrabazar office in 2002 and arrested four persons in connection with a betting racket. Three computers and eight mobile phones were seized. Todi was interrogated by officers of the anti-rowdy section but was let-off.
Till late on Sunday, Snehasish neither took calls nor responded to text messages from The Telegraph seeking details of when he got involved with Todi.
If Snehasish%u2019s Todi links do go back to 2002, then the wisdom of his continuing to have business ties with Todi is bound to raise eyebrows as younger brother Sourav was then the Team India captain.
