Best way to beat them

I feel that the best way to beat Australia is by playing great cricket and not by showing aggression. We have always produced great cricketers and better talented players than Hayden. Unfortunately, the consistency was missing. Our coaches and players have to work towards this. Each player should have individual targets that need to be achieved in each match. The rashness and temper should remain calm till they achieve their targets. India always gives scare to any country as we have the best talent. But at the same time lacks consistency and politics in our administration. ________hotworldcup.com

Outspoken australians

australian team is mere hype any one could beat them but they were lucky & definitely more consistent with sledging & abusing other teams whenever pushed towards wall. they r anyone but gentleman because they don't appreciate other teams effort. they were indeed lucky to have 2 best australian bowlers warne & mcgrath at the same time, rest is history, now they r a team beaten by even zimbabwe, bangladesh forget england, new zealand & india. let them get it straight success is not anyone's property, its just for the better team, luckily for them they were successful because of extraordinary performance of few players. let them show their success in winning gracefully & without sledging/abusing rival team & see where they fare in world teams.

Hmmmm....! Now the real fight starts. All these days, Australians were getting pleasure out of beating the hapless Poms and now they have found a real opponent. Seriously, India had always been a thorn in their flesh. Agression is not a sole property of Aussies. May be misbehaviour and indecency could be thrir sole property.

Hey Chris, firstly I think pretty much all mature Indians agree the Aussies are way better than India in cricket and also respect the strong sporting culture in Australia. I think this time everyone was angry not by the fact that we lost etc but the Aussies making a big deal out of Indian aggression. So we were aggressive and tried to do something different but we lost. Nothing wrong or shameful in that and congrats to the Aussie team for winning. Our problem is Aussie players have been sledging like crazy since decades and one series that we tried to sledge you guys cant take it and want to take revenge. Also what about the 100s of times when an Indian sports journalist or player has been subjected to racism in Australia. Even during a Formula 1 black tie event, an Indian journalist covering the event was subjected to massive abuse and racism by three rich Aussie businessmen & now you guys are livid because some people made monkey gestures at Symonds. Although that is unacceptable, what makes us upset is that you guys are not ready to accept that you guys do the same thing - 100 times more. Also Mcgrath calling Jayasuria a "Black Monkey" is applauded in Australia. This is the problem my friend. Not that we lost or we were over aggressive. The problem is you guys are allowed to do everything & when we do something, you guys cant take it and start talking bad about Indians. Thats not fair. If you are proud of your sporting culture then learn to have a sporting spirit as well

yes they are the best team.. no doubt about that.. but they can be beaten .. there is no permanent champion in sport.. we need to play with heart and brain.. there is no lack of talent in our guys...

get out of ur white skinned supremacy bit. its Indian money that runs cricket and its time u ppl learnt to digest it. and why the hullaboo? have we finally got under the thick Aussie hide? tell me, we'll treat it as an acivement. 'cause u know mate theres usually a reaction when something is hurting. if it is hurting then we guess we are on the right path. the crowds were doing just what ur crowds do. u give no quarter mate, dont expect any and with crowds we'll always outstrip u 5 to 1. and believe me there was no language problem, Indians speak better, comprehensible queen's english than the britishers. and did i mention your leading lights are getting old, maybe the defences are creaking as for the verbal asides, get used to it mate else f... off
