Hello Harish Kotian, why such a praise for Harbajan in your write up. He has not done that great job. Rest of the people also taken wicket and every wicket is important. Aafterall he has taken only two wickets. RP has cracked early wicket thats where he silenced the Australians. Remember every batsman batted at ave of 125 and luckily crawling the seniors were not there. You did not bother to pin point when Harbajan continuously did bad for the team in 50-50 including world cup.

Countries have always something called deterents, US is scared of Nuclear arsanel of both Russia andchina Pak and India have deterrent to hold back the other. Pandavas had Arjuna as a deterrent. Like that sreeshant is our deterrent. NOw other Racists teams like Australia , Newzealand, and why even England will know that at lease some thing come back to them if they taunt the iNdian teeam. So Bajji,Zeheer and Sreeshants are good deterrants. Let them be like it. Good peop[ple are only fit to be good. They cann ot be effective. So Let sreeshant be not good but also effective.
Here peole r saying its follosihness that great 3 shouldnt go and we should continue with them and blahh... the argument peole have is peole like Jayasuriya,Ponting,Gilchrist,Hayden & Pollock are also 30 and still they do well.
I want to bring a point that Attidude and intenisty in any game matters. See the way Gambhir and Uttappaha are turning the singles into 2 and 2s into 3. The same older people you mentioned here like hayden, pointing, gilchirist, they run well between the wickets.
Wt saurav and sachin were doing in this aussies series? Can you tell me how they r running between wickets? The biggest difference is fielding and running between wickets. You can have a great batting average and you might have scored 10000 runs in cricket, but if you r not good at doing some basics, you r not doing any justic to you and your team. If you see the match in Nagpur even after great opening partership between Sauran and Sachin, we lost the match.Can you tell me where we lost the match? Running between wickets. Sachin and Saurav especially saurav didnt ran well between wickets and took only 1 when you can pressure the fielders and didnt take sharp sinlges when needed. At the end, we lost by just 20 runs and those 20 runs might have been taken with sharp singles and with some aggressive running.
If fielding is preventing Lakshman not to be selected for One days, why the same yard stick cant be put for Saurav and other seniors who dont field well and dont
PLz guys stop this debate-Big 3 vrs young team.We should be happy that young team is so powerful and T-20 champs. But we should also not forget the contributions of Big-3.They are world's best player of all time.They gained lots of acheivement in ODI's.They are INDIAN PRIDE.Big-3 is 100 % suitable for ODI.They can play 2-3 three yearsmore.Mean while young team prepare to ready in ODI format also so that after retirement of Big-3 they will become ODI's chamops too.We should be happy that we have great players (Big 3) and young champs too.
Friend, if you take into account the current bowlers Indian team have... namely... (R P Singh, I Pathan, H Singh, Zaheer, Joginder, Agarkar)...then you CANNOT rule out Sreesanth... He is young and aggressive(hyper) and all that he needs is ample exposure to international cricket to tone his outbursts... But he is a valuable asset to the Indian team and given the current scenario, India has to have this young gun on board... at least till the time we have a suitable replacement who will be actually better than him...
So lets be fair and not bow down to the media and so-called tele-gurus like Chetan 6 Sharma, Atul (kaun ?) Wassan, Saba (haha) karim, Nikhil (more talk) Chopra etc who have had nothing valuable in terms of contribution to Indian cricket except that now they appear on TV in dapper suits, pretending to be wiser than everyone... I mean its really funny to see these self-proclaimed experts, who we all know, are actually "chuck-outs" from the Indian team... Had these anti-Sreesanth remarks been coming consistently from greats like Gavaskar, Shastri, Kapil etc. then it would be really time for Sreesanth to introspect... but a major chunk of the negative feedback is from these "self-proclaimed-experts" and should be thrown under the carpet....!!!

Its absolutely correct. Sreesanth has great potential and his temprament needs to be worked upon. There is no harm in being aggressive as much as he wants but only thing is he should not loose focus on the game. best of luck to him.
