And we cannot think it takes for ever to fix these flaws. They can be fixed in the field. Ganguly showed it in Brisbane. Sachin showed it in Sydney. We need to work on this stuff NOW.
Guys stop talking about politics and other crap. This is a SPORT. It requires commitment and an attitude to succeed at all costs. This analysis crap about picking people and saying "if this guy plays we win blah blah" does not help these guys. Let me explain: When a team decides that they have to win at all costs, they will figure out what is wrong with them before the opposition uses it as many times.
Uthappa: The guy has a technical flaw. If he was serious, he would know about his front foot flaw. It is playing across the front foot. He is either as quick as Viv who used to hit across the line with absolutely no problems or he fixes the problem. He is definetely not Viv yet so he needs to work on it.
Yuvi -- How many times has he wafted at balls outside off? How many times are we supposed to just sit there and say "well he is young and he is going to get better?"
Dhoni -- We said he was unlucky to get out down the legside and the Aussies say they planned it. Now, we know some plans will work if there is a flaw identified. It worked for 10 games for Sehwag before he worked on it. How long will Dhoni will take?
Ganguly -- If age is not a criteria to be picked then it is not a criteria to improve. We all know he is terrible between the wickets. When will he improve?
All of these are important because this seperates the Men from the Boys. Boys hope for things to work. Men make them work.
Guys it is time to put the kids and women to bed and go to war.
In the last nine games Dravid has only 73 runs at 9.12 batting average. Sack this useless follower of Chappell who destroyed all team spirit....IMMEDIATELY...
