This is a good chance for Badrinath, frankly speaking i have not seen him play, but statistics tell that he is a good prospect. But Badrinath is coming in place of another in-form player with a few more like Raina, Tiwary, Kaif waiting in the wings. Hence if Badrinath should stay in the team, he should met out good performances from the word go and he is 27 which was once considered the ripe age for batsmen to mature. Now a days batsmen mature a lot faster. So if Badrinath misses out this chance, he isnt gonna get another one. For all his consistency and performance, Badrinath has to come good in whatever opportunity he gets. This rule is applicable for anyone who comes into the team in their late 20's.There have been a few exceptions to this rule like Robin Singh, JP Yadav etc but it does not happen often.
make Rajani the Indian captain. No need of other players. He himself can bowl 50 overs and field the ball going to any part of the ground !!! While batting he will hit only sixers as he knows the magic of splitting one bat into several bats

Why to waste time in asking rediculous Question? If you think it is a fools game it's your problem. I guess you should be a Hockey or a volley ball player. May God Bless you.

No i dont thik he would be selected. Hayden and Gilchrist are doing thier job at the top of the order...and with ponting clark and symonds making up the middle order i dont think he can slot in the middle order....
when Australia is at full strength hussey and watson will come back as they are good lower order hitters so sachin wouldnt find a spot there....
Also his fitness and fielding are a major problem. With Australia u have to be super fit and also superb in the field which sachin isnt.
So no not even the little master can make the Australia team at full strength
