Mujhe doubt lagta hai ke INDIA yeh series may bounce karega.. kyuki in logke upar abhi 20/20 ka bhoot sawar hai... aur pata nahi yeh 20/20 kitcna mahenga padsakta hai.... kyuki 20/20 khelne se pura 50 over ka format bhool gaye hai.. yeh log... partnership kidhar nahi hai... bas tu chal main aaya...
India ke liye mujhe ek hi player lagta hai jo desh ke liye khelta hai aur uss akele mein match ko jetane ki himmat hai....
Mohammed Kaif will bounce back from this tournament and definately is will be se in India Cricket team... because he is in good form and also India get a good feilder who always save 20/30 runs.....
Select Ranadeb Bose inform bowler with Zaheer & Irfan Pathan. Why Kaif is ignored, where is karthik. Why selectors are not keeping him in the team. For one day he can bat at no.5 / 6

Let me also point out that there is a player by the name of Amul Muzamdar who has been playing for donkeys years...he averages 51 in the domestic circuit. he has been playing for almost 12 years now for Bombay.... Ever wondered why a player like that has never been given a chance on the international scene? Im a south indian and have been following the domestic circuit for some time and its a tradegy that players like this seldom get a chance..im not saying play him regularly...but give the guy a chance... But then i guess its too late.. We have players like Vikram Rathore who after 25 matches in tests has an average of 25...do you remember this guy. He played under Sachin. Politics..that the only thing that comes to my mind. Its all the selectors politics!

Sorry Mohammed you got your stats wrong mate. Firstly let me point to you that Vikram Rathore made his way into the team because he had an incredible runrate in the domestic circuit and his selection into the Indian team was very much justified. He failed on the international circuit badly but then he got his chance due to his tremendorous performance in domestic cricket. Secondly Amol Mazumdar and many others like him never took their opportunities. He has been selected for Challenger series & represented India 'A' --- (we have the Challenger series out of which a few good performers get drafted into the team). One such noticable person was Robin Singh, our present fielding coach who made a comeback in the Indian team via the Challenger series and ended up playing around a 150 ODI's and one test for India. But all these domestic circuit heroes when they get into the international circuit fail badly and miss out on opportunities. Its like when it matters most and on the verge of selection they fare badly thus missing out. I don't disagree with the fact that politics in selection policy derailed the careers of many talented cricketers but the examples you gave were wrong. Thanks mate!
