We are from kerala having Asiant cable connection which is the biggest here. They are not offering zee sports here via cable. Only through set yop box or dish they give. Please do the necessary to convince them to relay it via cable so that vast majority of us could also watch. Otherwise we have no option other than to be satisfied watching ind-pak tests. Dont know where to post this to reach icl organizers so posted here somebody might take note.
He showed good temperament in his innings and helped india to big score by building good partnership with sachin & rahul.Effort and Luck play a good role in every human. If he has put 100% hardwork and luck is not in his side then everything in soup.

Well as per me Yuvi should be asked to Open the innings.... He is the one knocking the door & his ill luck that Indian middle order is performing good in this series I dont see any option for him then to Open the innings provided Kartik fails in second innings too.... Depleted Pakistan's attack & that too in Indian soil will be almost (if not completely) same as playing against the Aussies Attack as middle order batsman in Australian pitches....

You are crazy. Either way you want to target Ganguly even after his consistent good performance this year. Yuvraj has been in excellent form in ODI but test cricket is different than ODI. In the past Yuvraj did not perform consistently well in tests and his biggest problem is playing spin. In ODI you only have to play few overs of spin and can hit out of trouble but in test cricket you need to be able to negotiate it over extended period of time. To drop someone who is already performing well with someone who performed well in ODI (but no one knows whether he will be as successful in test cricket) is not only foolish but stupid as well. Let Yuvraj wait for his turn which is bound to come sooner than later. Also why not let Yuvraj play as opener instead of pushing Ganguly up the order. Ganguly is a good player of spin and he needs to be in middle order.

Hi Guys, I agree with both of you. Yuvi should be given a chance in place of Dinesh Kartik for 3rd test. So that he can prove himself for the Australian tour. We cannot say that he failed in the past and he will continue. Ganguly need not be dropped from the team. For test matches seniors should be present. Now Dravid also proved. Current 11 is good except Dinesh Karthik.

if yuvi should come IN then either DRAVID or VVS should open with JAFFAR,these guys habndle aussies better than anybody else!

on cricinfo...that's the level of sportsmanship we need to exhibit - I dream of the day a player can raise his hand and say, "I'll sit out until I've something better to offer."
I'm glad Dravid and Sachin did that w.r.t. captaincy. But we need that even in team composition...not just waiting for selectors to tell you "you sit out". The player needs to know it within.
