Delhi pacer Ishant Sharma was on Tuesday added to the Indian squad for the first cricket Test match against Pakistan starting in New Delhi on Thursday as cover for injuries to the pace duo of S Sreesanth and R P Singh.
My team for Delhi test would be, 1. Washim jaffer 2. dinesh kartck (WK) 3. Dravid 4. Tendulkar 5. ganguly 6. Yuvraj 7. Laxman 8. Zaheer Khan 9. Harbhajan 10. Murli Kartick 11. Kumble
I would like to play three spinners in delhi test. Openning bowling will be from zaheer and ganguly for max 14 overs, then bring back spinners into attack on end with with zaheer. I would like to rest Dhoni,bcoz he is fit for ODI team. Kartick has to be grommed for test WK, then we will have an extra specialist batsman.

ur plan is of playing 3 spinners will back track if pak bats first. you have to have quality fast bowlers to take wickets with the new ball. If 3 spinners have to played, why cant Sachin, yuvraj act as 3rd spinners. There is always a tendenacy that if you have 3 spinners, the third one is always under bowled. why cant sachin can bowl 10 to 15 overs in the innings?

Dhoni is much better than Ganguly in any form of game, whether its T20, ODI or Tests. Dhoni can bat according to situation. and his wicket keeping is much better.
So shut ur mouth and just watch Delhi test Tommorrow and then tell me about Dhoni.
And u r talking about opening bowling with Zaheer and Ganguly, then its better to open with Zaheer and Dravid.
continued then comes mahammed kaif's case.when this ordinary batsman was in the team,yuvaraj singh suspiciosly got injured or had high fever just before the many important matches and kaif who would have certainly out of the team in case yuvaraj was there in the team always replaced yuvaraj in such cases. ofcource he(kaif)failed in almost all of these matches and correctly booted out of the indian team.probably if gravepines tobe believed kaif was the closest player in contact with this fixing mafia after ajaruddin.that is why he was never recalled into the indian team(ofcourse his performances on the field in domestic circuit is also very bad.)then wasim jaffer. in a simiar case, virendra sehvag got injured or got a high fever just before many matches and always jaffer replaced him.and somehow clicked to some extent in test matches after failing horribly in initial matches and then given plethora of chances.there is a strong suspision that opposition team bowlers were prchased so that they bowl softly against jaffer. munaf patel's frequent injuries or either due to lack of physical ability or some work by opposite fixers group,which has a very limited influence compared to dawood's and was formed probably against above tactics. only jaheer khan ,a true indian muslim,looks a clean person.
in the past india had muslim cricketers like kirmani and saleem durani who were of unquestinable integrity.but now?
continued strong threat for pathan.but sad point is shreeshanth who at the time most promising, has become paler most probably dueto mental pressure tactics on him.then manoj tiwary. when this westbengal boy did wonderfully in domestic circuit he was chosen for indian team against bangladesh. he was(and is) an allrounder who would have certainly replaced pathan but was mycteriously injured prior to the starting of his first match for india.and he has recovered only now,still unable to bowl.recently there was a failed attempt to injure new allrounder of indian team during the time of his recption in meirut.as a result kumar was injured and unable play against pak in first four matches. then comes mohammed kaif.
