Love is known to be blind. Suman Bhat's love for Dravid is no exception. We would rather respect your love than find fault with Dravid. In this state of mnd we can not expect you to be logical.
If you are a logical person and not devegowda/karunanidhi material, then my idli abuses are not for you....I presume you eat good quality idlis (which I also love as any other Indian!)
Unfortunately, ur clan mates are not like you.
I am neither a bong, nor a bihari or north India. I am from Raipur...
I love the grit and determination of this guy Ganguly in an environment of deceit, lack of diligence and politics in our country. So I love to fight for him....

Dravid is a spineless coward conspirator. His supporter halfwit copy cat copy paste southie communal brainless Suman Bhat always drags the name of Ganguly and non-South Indians and abuses them. Brainless supporter of a spineless cricketer. Po Po!!

In 2007, following are the highest run scorers in one day:
Hayden: 1555- 29 matches Tendulkar: 1425 - 33 matches Yuvraj: 1287 - 36 matches (1 x 100s, 9 x 50s, 3 x0s) Ganguly: 1240 - 30 matches (12 x 50s, 2X0s) Dravid: 823: 31 matches (8 x 50s, 3 x 0s) Gambhir: 634 - 21 matches (1 x 100s, 3 x 50s, 3 x 0s) Utthappa: 509 - 22 matches (3 x 50s and 2 x 0s).
Ganguly also is a very useful 5th bowler who enables India to take an additional batsman...he also bowled 76 overs in 2007 for 7 wckets and gave away 344 runs (liitle less than 4.5 runs per over!!!)
I wonder with this performance, how many teams would dare to make him sit out??? But unfortunately, in our country regionalism and politics reign supreme!!!! and he is made to sit if he doesnt perform in 1 or 2 innings...and at whose cost...these bunch of "futures" like Gambhir and Utthappa....
Even at the age of 36 he delivers and contributes a lot.
Salute to Saurav Ganguly!
I know Idlis as usual will react viciously and start abusing...

I am a staunch supporter of the senior players whether it is ganguly, sachin or dravid. Especially i am a very big fan of both ganguly and sachin combo. together they just vanish any attack. It is definitely wrong to select him and make him to sit on the bench. However, against Aus. it was wrong but against Pak they just tested the freshers by resting a few senior players. Unfortunately I AM an south indian dear mature stud. I really wish and hope that no such comments like idli sambar, alu parota, chapati come to the fore while expressing your views on the game. That shows your immaturity. Wish you would henceforth think as an indian and not as a north indian

Why should he be asked to do so? Experiment with the fate of the game just to prove your Dravid great? Foolish comments.

I fully endorse yr views. Roti, idli etc. only reflect regional jingoism. Only a mentally challenged person will use such expressions to emphasise his views. Sachin - Saurav pair should not be broken in ODIs. They have produced excellent results. Dravid was always an integral part of the ODI team till younger lot has come to challenge his place. There are too many of them. One down is the spot for an energetic accomplished batsman. Though I feel sorry to lose a stalwart, I am afraid, Dravid is losing out or perhaps has lost out to the breed of Uthappas, Gambhirs etc. We have the likes of manoj Tiwari, Pravin Kumar, Parthiv, Cheteshwar Pujara waiting in the wings.

Why do you pick up quarrel with other players? Cricket is a team game. If Dravid can not adjust let him retire and you also shut your mouth to make people happy.
brilliant n gutsy performance by a teenager called pujara (who was man of the series in junior world cup). it was gr8 since he single handedly saved the match against delhi against all the odds by scoring unconquered 148. his side needing 327 to win, was down at 106/8, drew the match ending the score 254/9. he is definitely developing into a good prospect as he has the appetite for playing long innings.

I am very happy that India won the series. However, there are two things need to be concerned to be World Champions 1. We should win every match in the series that is the instinct we need to become real champions. 2. We should minimize the extras. For instance in the latest match we have given 18 wides. It means we have bowled 3 overs more and with a run rate of 6 per over does not need any talent for the batsmen to score.
I wish we do these two as well to become champions in the game
Like I pointed out earlier, Gambhir replaced Saurav in the opening slot and, as before, he flopped. It has happened umpteenth time. Is the Saurav replacement jinxed? And not just Gambhir, even the team, which was on a roll, lost momentum and lost the match.

In Saurav's absence India has been losing...it is not a question of jinx but plain simple logic: look at this:
In 2007, following are the highest run scorers in one day:
Hayden: 1555- 29 matches Tendulkar: 1425 - 33 matches Yuvraj: 1287 - 36 matches (1 x 100s, 9 x 50s) Ganguly: 1240 - 30 matches (12 x 50s) Dravid: 823: 31 matches (8 x 50s, 3 x 0s) Gambhir: 634 - 21 matches (1 x 100s, 3 x 50s, 3 x 0s) Utthappa: 509 - 22 matches (3 x 50s and 2 x 0s).
Idiot idlis, tell me, why should Gambhir or Utthappa be preferred in place on Ganguly....why?????????
sale mcs, ganguly ko hataya to runs kaun baneyga...tera baap?
Ganguly also is a very useful 5th bowler who enables India to take an additional batsman...he also bowled 76 overs in 2007 for 7 wckets and gave away 344 runs (liitle less than 4.5 runs per over!!!)
How many teams would dare to make him sit out??? So friends, stop this nonsense....dont compare him with these buch of idlis...even at the age of 36 he delivers and contributes a lot.

What do you think about the jinx I referred? It is too much to be a mere coincidence. I find Ganguly has a number of real and imagined shortcomings but he has been taking India to victory. Just recall how Indians were hanging their heads in shame after stupendous defeats in the ODIs in S.A. when Ganguly was inducted despite resistance by Dravid and even Sachin. We all are a witness to the transformation that followed. Are we so blinded by parochial considerations that we are unable to read the writing on the wall?
