Having selected Murali Karthik for the first two tests, what's the wisdom behind dropping him and playing Sehwag in his place? Now that we have a keeper who himself is an excellent bat, isn't it time we revert back to playing 5 specialist bowlers? Won't dropping Murali Karthik time and again, spoil his confidence? I'm sure, he may be even left out of the final 11 and dumped after the second test. There's a lobby working strongly for the return of Sehwag in all forms of cricket. This is just another attempt in that direction.
In the 11 spots available, there's only one (Robin Uthappa) player from south India. What the hell the south zone selector is doing? Wake up man! You're representing the case of more than 50 players vying for a spot in the national team. I'd advise the likes of Badrinath, Yo Mahesh, Venugopal Rao to join ICL and make themselves richer atleast. We'll sure watch you playing in ICL league as all we want is only entertainment; no matter, who offers it.
46.1 Singh to Mohammad Yousuf, no run, dropped by Ganguly at extra cover. A full length delivery from round the stumps and Yousuf tried to scoop it inside-out over extra cover but Ganguly leaped up to intercept but couldn't hold on.

3.6 Pathan to Younis Khan, 1 run, Dropped by Dhoni. It was a length delivery around the off stump, Younis doesn't quite lean forward, just stabs at it as the ball curves in a touch. It took the inside edge and flew low and to the left of Dhoni who dived but couldn't hold on.
Harbhajan Singh- instead of celebrating his recall to the test team has meekly surrenderd to the pak batsmen. Even the part time bowlers have done a better job than him. Being in the team as the only spinner n giving away 52 runs without a wkt is not acceptable under any circumstances. Murali would have been a much better option.

Yeah, right!! Being the only keeper/batsman in the team, does not Dhoni hit centuries in every matche?
