GC and Ifrazer do not have much of a clue in the physical training department. They pretend to know everything and that other coaches are fools. No sports coach who is smart will ask his boys to do body building. Ask the boys privately if they enjoyed the RCA and if it improved their cricket.Its a stupid boot camp and will destroy some of the natural talent. Coaching or training is about helping each individual improve. If there are drop outs it means that the training methods are wrong. Training must be as per the stage of development and physical condition the player is in. You cannot put everyone through the same course and expect the same results. That's what good coaches and trainers know.
