just think positively i agree our guys done alot od mistakes but the paki workhard in both ways in blowing and batting then the match was up to them na.any done so much instead of scolding our team just wish them all the best for the upcoming matches as all want to india win the series in a good way ...........
How can Dhoni blame only the bowlers? Our middle order should also take the blame for the defeat. When Gambhir was out we were around 186 for 3 at 28 overs. Usually teams almost double the score of what the achieved at 30 overs, when they have wickets in hand. But Sehwag and Yuvi failed to accelerate and scored just 50 runs between 27 and 37 overs and these two are supposed to be hard hitting, attacking batsmen. With Dhoni and Uthappa to follow they should have gone after the bowling. But they didn't. We should have scored atleast 350 with the start we had. Failure of the middle order batsmen to capitalise on the platform provided by Sachin and Gambhir was also one of the reasons for the defeat.

Ganguly, bajji, zahir khan also failed but they are still in team dravid was sacked b'cuz of poor performance in 4 odis. selection committe has no proper policy for selection, always dif yardstick for players selection rp singh is proving he is worst than sresant and ganguly herbajan and zahir never help team vengi and co has not guts to touch super stars but honest selfless cricketer like dravid will be always victim of dirty politics rp singh has proved he is worst than shresant and munaf srisant and munaf has five wkt haul within a year of entering int;'l cricket but zahir kahn took 5 yrs of intl cricket to get five wkt haul. zhair / ganguy and bajji performs once in 4-5 matches it is simply politics. vengi and co are playing with odi career of dravid or even raina or M tivary or badrinath but no guts to remove ganguly or his chamachas ask the other batsmen ganguly tendulkar dhoni yuvi and gambir to bat at diff nos in five match then u see the difference. they should comedown in order when team was in trouble or up in order when less balls to face with increasing runrate that is what happened to dravid dirty politics to outstet dravid from odis.
I do not know about who would be the right Captain at this moment!. My imagination goes tomy boyhood school days when our teachers and non teaching staff used to stage dramas. One was Ravindrnaths 'Viswarjan'. Shyamadasbabu was missing on the occasion. We later dicovered him on the stage playing the role of Aprna and he was so convincing. With adequate make up Kumble will automatically look like a good SAS and Dravid like a conspiring Bahu. If it can be tried!!
Having failed to defend even a huge score of 321, Dhoni is looking for scapegoats. The field placements left much to be desired and resulted in persistent fours. The deployment of bowlers was not as per the requirement. When Zaheer had proved too costly, why not Ganguly was asked to complete his overs? Why Sehbag was not properly utilized? Dhoni lacks experience and should learn from mistakes rather than trying to find scapegoats.
In the next ODI, Zaheer should be out. Parveen Kumar should play in place of Sehbag and Shreesanth in place of Zaheer.
Dhoni is absolutely right, but he should learn to accept defeat with wins. winning & losing is part of any game but what matters is they should play well, which they did. i think he should learn to take more risks and be innovative; not to play too safe. i wish he had given chance to Praveen Kumar, who should be exposed maximum giving rest to the inconsistent regulars like Zaheer, Sreesanth, Irfan by rotation. not that i am suggesting it after the event. on this message board i have been repeatedly mentioning the inconsistency of our pace attack , especially of Zaheer.giving away too many runs in the begining and again in the end overs have been the weakness. it is time fresh blood is inducted and groomed. too much of dependence on highly inconsistent Zaheer as the main strike bowler may reduce our chances of winning any series or a major championship.
Shut up Dhoni. Who has asked to include junk Shewag and sacrifice Karthik? This is the foolish decision. You foolish decision just gifted the match to pakistan.

Karthick is not even in the squad. How he could have picked him. That is upto the selectors to include Kartick or Sehwag. He should have gone in with Parveen kumar for his allrounder abilities. Because sehwag played as batting allrounder.

My mistake. He included Sehwag to strengthen the batting by bringing batting allrouder Sehwag as this pitch had green grass and was not going to help spinners anyway. I still think P Kumar should been preffered as he bows medium and could have given option to have an other seamer at the end if he bowled good in the middle overs
Dont blame others. Your have to lead them in proper way. Your presence is there but you are not active in the field. Though You r a captian you have certain responsibilities to lead the team in proper ways for fielding. You have to arrange the guys in proper position. Ofcourse the batting is good, but the worst fielding and bowling made india down. Chear up and concentrate in all aspect of the game and win the next match.
