Someone says that Hyderabad has become a poor team thanks to Shivlal Yadav. May be he is right, but we don't know for sure. But what is obvious is that many players from Hyderabad Ranji team have signed up with ICL.
Thanks to ICL, those who now play Ranji trophy receive fabulous amounts from BCCI - fee for playing one match of 4 days duration is much more than a month's salary for far more qualified, diligent, intelligent, hardworking office workers of various types!
Now, VVS has the luxury of playing and making "0" yet his remuneration is not "0"! Forget the cash he will get for playing Ranji trophy, he will perhaps retain his test place as well despite the heroics of players like Manoj Tiwari! Because, our selectors always will come out with their pet theory that class is permanent while form is temporary!

haa haa, SS Das from Assam? who the hell told u that? He's from Orissa. make sure that ur facts r correct. otherwise, stay away from commenting.
Hyd is a very week team considering 8 or 9 of their Ranji players joined ICL. None of their bowlers have any experience other than Ojha, who has played around 25 1st class matches.

bengal is too weak team. six players from bengal joined ICL too, ruined bangal backbone. anyway, hatsoff to Manoj Tiwari.
I hope Manoj is competitor for Dada place in Indian cricket team. he will get chance and Dada will be thrown out of the team. he is still youngster, who can perform well compared to dada.

Sorry not Dada, actually Manoj will kick Dravid out of the Test team as well as others kicked him out of the One Day team.

Also, note that the report says "Wriddhiman also did a fine job behind the wicket taking a couple of catches and a stumping". However, the scorecard credits three catches but no stumpings to the wicketkeeper.

VVS Laxman has given credit by saying it is a underpreped wicket.So the good score u guys have, is creditworthy.
Laxy got 0, and Tiwari got 203, that also shows that time has come to replace Laxy with Tiwari.
