DELHI police sholdnt hv to arrest maninder as he is star.
They forgot simple thing that star cannt be punish.
but one good thing they did as they said they found only 1.5 gm of drungs. (i cant believe this) but according to our law if it less than 2 gm then he hv minimum punishment as that much amt one can use for medicine too.

so great work delhi police , u save one star from humiliation

It is the most therapeutic thing in the world for both your mind and body. The cream of the brightest students in India and US take it.
If you don't believe me, go visit any of the following campuses : IIT, IIM, IISc., JNU, DSE, Delhi University, Jadavpur University in India and Harvard, Princeton, MIT, Stanford in US. If you haven't had pot you are not smart. :-)

Cops more corrupt and dirty
by India on May 24, 2007 10:58 AM  | Hide replies

Delhi police is worse than scum. The police is so corrupt and dishonest. Let them first arrest the corrupt and criminal poiticians first. Maninder may be guilty but he is a saint when compared to the dirty police dept. In fact the police force should be behind bars and not Maninder.

Kirti Azad Sheilding Maninder.
by shirish bhaskar deshpande on May 24, 2007 10:56 AM

Kirti Azad an MP is a classic example of how these politicians use there political clout to help their friends.I am sure there must be a lot of cost involved in that.
We should not be surprised if most of these ex-crickters are involved in one or other such illegal activities.
Why not allow the police to do there work on there own ? Why dispute the technicalities - place of arrest, etc ? It is crystal clear from the first hand reports that Maninder was arrested with cocaine.Let Maninder challenge his arrest in court - Whats the hell Kirti Azad is doing by stating that he is innocent ?
How did he know that he is innocent ? Was Mr Azad with him that time ?
Being a parliamentarian himself,Mr Azad should know his responsibities & let the police do there work without any pressure.
But then this will never happen in Indian Politics.
High profile citizens like Rahul Mahajan,Navjot Siddhu,Manoj Prabhakar,Azaruddin,Ajay Jadeja & now Maninder Singh can never be booked for there misdeeds - they will always find friends like Kirti Azad to smoothly take them out off any sort of trouble.
The situation is really Pathetic - May god save this country !

Hi Guys if some one is addicted he is not a crimnal. He needs support and symathy to get back on track. You guys dont know how it is if our younger brother gets in this habit. Maninder is honest cricketer and a honest commentator. Even if he is taking Drugs I wish he comes out of it.
