Your message is irrelevant, unnecessary, and shows lack of construtive criticism, or praise. By the way, why mginger.com appears under every cricket column?
BCCI is political party of India & not a cricket body. It is more political than all other political parties like ,congress, BJP, RJD,SP , & a sister party of Sharad Pawar-congress. hence Zee has all the right to have one.
Its not ICL or BCCI. Its about cricket at its best. I am not sure if ICL would be able to rope in players who are still part of thier National Squads. Retired Greats or players not part of National Squad would be the ones featuring in ICL. It will be just a Masala Cricket, nothing else. I am pretty sure it will not work as an alternative to Cricket governed by ICC. I know people are not happy with the way BCCI functions but ICL as mainstream cricket..It may not happen ever.
I hereby want to say that Zee TV management has certainly pulled out a rabbit out of hat by launching ICL. This is not a hardcore cricketing idea, but a business decision. Forget about cricket or BCCI politics or so-called Talent-hunt by Zee. Its all about earning money by promoting their not so effective Sports channel, Neo TV. They have seen an opportunity to earn a lot money through ICL & that is the only motive. Otherwise, Zee TV has nothinag to do with cricket, its pure business. Anyway, their business motive can also turn out to be good for this cricket in India. I wish success to Indian cricket, may be that will also help Zee.

Just FYI.....Neo TV is not owned by Zee, but by Nimbus sports !!!!
Zee network has Zee sports as their prime sports channel....
