ICC headed by Aussies to help Aussies gain every advantage they can do anything and go unpunished they sledge openly,make comment on umpitre decision, disobey any rule follow own mind and moreover no action from match referee and groove in hand proves in world cup final in which icc proves that they want aussies to win when there is extra reserve day for final to be played and in the end ended with egg on there face
1. I feel the Group Combination in the World Cup was an adjustment. 2. Rules it really SUCKS...... ( for example, playing a game, the next day, from where it was continued). It just like having sex or we may call it making LOVE, how can one start from he / she discontinued the ACT. 3. Gilchrist having an addition ball ( in additions to his BALLS ) in the Glove to get a Grip. In such case, I can use Aluminimum bat or one can Bribe the Umpires to any extent. I Agree with Srilanka, Gilchrist should be Penalised or whole Australian team should be banned. They never behaved like professionals. Now, I feel, they would made even their wives to sleep with anyone to get anything!!!
It's all non-sense. One did not feel that it was a World-Cup.
The deterioration of the ICC administration started with the Indian Chairman, Mr. Dalmiya, when he headed the organization and made ICC money conscious. It is money money, and the World Cup 2007 was a debacle of, and unnecessarily long. What else can one say?

What is the point in telling the obvious! There is no secret they are incompetent lead by an Aussie. This is just a mega flop like BCCI at the global level
