when indian team player can play in rain in pepsi ad, then why not on cricker field ?
MUNAF PATEL -- NO WICKET IN TWO MATCHES. ZAHEER KHAN -- GONE FOR ABOVE 6 RUNS PER OVER IN TWO MATCHES.
THESE TWO ARE THE BIGGEST FAILURES OF THE SERIES AND NOT VIRENDER SEHWAG. READ KAPIL DEV'S VIEWS ON THE SERIES IN TOI AND OTHER PAPERS. HE HAS VERY RIGHTLY POINTED OUT THAT THESE TWO BOWLERS ARE THE BIGGEST FAILURE OF THIS ODI SERIES.

Man Sehwag has been pitiful and has been for a long ass time. I can't believe he's on the team when on his form all he deserves to be a WATER BOY. Baat rahi Kapil ki, I agree Munaf and Zaheer didn't do well in this series but Sehwag has not performed in like Eons!!

I think the first player who should retire is Munaf.He bowls slowly,fields pathetically and does not have knowledge of batting. You all want to know why Mcgrath retired the reason is India started saying that Munaf is bowling like Mcgrath.He can be India's Mcgrath. Unable to take this insult Mcgrath decided to quit.
Thanks to rain God now the ODI series is over. Pluses & minuses could be discussed for ever and would be for no use.In any case the youngsters managed to keep their heads up even if it is against Bangladesh. But this opens another big issue. In fact it's two issues. First being Mr. Dravid's captaincy. Ok with a little bit of luck we could say he passed the first test.Still he has to take the other test of test series. But undoubtedly he will win that. The BIGGETS issue is now that it's upto the SUPERMODELS to perform, specially the once who were rested for ODIs. They will be under tremendous pressure. They know they have to deliver or they will be axed for good. Poor guys in a way after doing all the hard work for India for so many years finally it came to a matter of performaing against a country like Bangladesh,inorder to keep your place in team. What a pathetic sport is cricket, if this the situation great players have to face??? On the other hand MR. Dravid could be the happiest man on earth now. As I mentioned earlier also he has nothing to be worried about the test series. The ones who were rested for ODIs will have to give 200% to be in team. They have to, if not it's their funeral. But all said and done where will Indian cricket go after the conclution of this tournament? That's the most important thing that cricket lovers have to think.
Rain helped india to sweep the series.otherwise definitely they beat us. In the first match we missed to take 10 wickets under the coaching of specalist bowling and fielding coach. it is an alarm to the selectors to remove all the in-consistent player and give way to young blood.
People asking why Sehwag is in the team..? and everybody knows becoz of Dravid. I will tell you the logic behind Sehwag inclusion in the team.
Generally, a weak player will be under scanner (right now sehwag is under scanner). After Sehwag's name, next name comes Dravid who is not performing well (either cap or player). If Sehwag is removed then next name is Dravid who will be under scanner. So, Dravid knows very well that as long as Sehwag plays Dravid is safe.... This is called logical wall...
