There is absolutely no gain brining down dravid as captain. He is the only option we got now.
Sachin - failed miserably in the past as captain. Ganguly - He is in the process of reviving his position in the team, and doesn't give a damn about team. More over, he is close to his retirement. Youvraj - He thinks he is superstar when he is not. The team will divide into 4-5 groups. He won't be a good leader.
We can talk about remove dravid from captaincy when you can come with a better option.

Swami,
I disagree with you. There is at least unity in the team, what ever the captain and coach say they heed towards and give respect. Unlike here in India. I was really amazed at Shaun Pollock inspite of him having to play under a captain much younger much junior his commitment, his dedication has not changed one bit. Unlike a Ganguly and Sachin. The recent sing operation has proved that both did not want Rahul as a captain. If there was unity in the team and if we had gelled as a cohesive unit am sure we would have atleast reached the semi-final. It%u2019s time that Sachin and Ganguly retire. Rahul has still got a lot to give to the Indian team. For me apart from Kumble he%u2019s the most honest, sincere, committed and dedicated player. In the 2003 WC he kept wickets, batted high up the order allowed Ganguly to play an extra batsman and see the result we reached the finals. We cannot forget what Ganguly and Sachin has done to Indian cricket but I guess time has come for them to hang up their boots and bow out respectfully or else there are 2 another Ravi Shastri%u2019s in the making.
