even if we keep on changing captains throughout, we cannot win, unless and until a player plays for the country. all the players should be decieved off their contracts and tell them to play. if any player underperforms, he should be thrown off, even if he is of the highest regard. the selection committee is all rubbish. a lot of talent goes unnoticed.

THE BCCI WOULD BE LIKE THE AIFF [FOOTBALL FEDERATION---- FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS FEDERATION]WITHOUT A DIME HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR PLAYERS LIKE TENDULKAR, GANGULY, YUVRAJ, SEHWAG AND OTHERS WHO TOOK INDIA TO NO 2 POSITION EVEN AS RECENTLY AS 2003. IT IS DEPLORABLE TO SEE BCCI FLEXING ITS MUSCLE WITH CORRUPT PEOPLE AT ITS HELM. THE PLAYERS SHOULD GET PAID MORE THAN THE BCCI BOARD MEMBERS MAKING CUT MONEY FOR AWARDING CONTRACTS.

Disgusting BCCI,they expect them to play properly but what about paying them?? This isnt fair,Sharad pawar and all these shah they are those political gawars should be thrown out.they should be experienced cricketers in BCCI not gawars. India has the best cricket players they can appoint any of them rather then politicians who dont even know where is mid off and mid on. Ask them and see they will reply Woh toh jo khelta hai us ko pata hoga na.

Pawar is atleast ok. Think about that Shah, i have never heard of him as cricketer. He can hardly speak english. What are they doing there , governing one of the richest cricketing Bodies in the world. when people like him represent BCCI in ICC, that's where they don't care about us. Imagine Shah standing in front of lanky Speed.
My simple suggestion is players should not get anything. they should be in probationary period for one year later salary should be fixed based on their performance, later his salary may rise or less again after reviewing his performane

@POOVALAI Ravikumar my simple suggestion would be to implement this everwhere .... film industry/govt sector/Pvt sector ... no one should get paid for the first year and their pay after the 1st year shpuld be based off their performance .. see what I did there... if this was ever implented POOVALAI, you will never ever get paid, cos you are stupid to the core

This is not a good suggestion. I think the players should get their dues along with pension after their playing career is over.
I suggest the following payment system: For batsmen - Rs. 10000 for every 10 runs scored or part thereof. Every batsman who scores less than 10 will be given 10 lashes with whip.
For bowlers: for every wicket taken, Rs. 20000. those who dont take any wicket or those whose economy rate is over 20 per wkt, will be given 10 whiplashes.
For fielding: for each catch taken, bonus of Rs. 25000. For each catch dropped, 25 whiplashes. if more than 2 catches are dropped, he will be given 5 years RI.
During practice sessions, all players should be given 10 whiplashes in the morning and evening daily. senior cricketers, all numbers will be doubled. finally, whether team wins or loses, all board members should be publicly flogged 100 times for each series there is no other way to improve indian cricket.

to add to it, if the performance has led to team victory, then only you will get all. If the team looses even if the batsman hits 100, 30% of the FEE should be cut as a tax from him, so with bolwers.
we have seen in the past, players always played for their own records, not for team's winning.
so the perks should be based on win or loose of the team , nomatter how you perform.

tax cutting will be there anyway. but i agree with your point. if batsman hits 100 and team loses, then he should be given bonus 20 whip lashes

what about 100 lashes to each board member for playing politics in choosing captain, players and selectors especially if the team loses. the BCCI BOSSES SHOULD BE PARADED IN UNDERWEAR AND 100 WHIP LASHES IN PUBLIC
Why you guys are always playing Cricket. Atleast you people don't play Cricket for an year or Two.
Then People of India will forget about Cricket and let them concentrate on some useful things. Especially childerens who are facing their Annul Exams. Because I also did the same mistake of watching Cricket match just previous day of my Semester Exam.
They certainly don't deserve such high fees.If they are not agreeable there are plenty who are willing play.The players should know that only by cricket they have become famous and if they are not selected a their lively hood itself will be a? without cricket they have no other qualification to earn the kind of money they are earning ,demanding and not performing.They should be paid 1lakh per test and ODI and additional amount only based on performance as incentive.Imagine Shewag,Zahir and others enjoying 50Lakh annual fee without doing anything .Disgusting
I think Sehwag Knows some wrongdoing of Dravid that's why latter always support former.Sehwag is such a student in a class who always failed but everytime 'conditionally promoted'.What do u think? can we blame here BCCI which is behaving like a govt. instituion rather than a private one.

SEHWAG KNOWS WHAT DRAVID DID TO GANGULY AND TENDULKAR IN CONNIVANCE WITH "CHAPPAL MAAR"
In India, those hold three degrees like, B.E. MS, MBA; get 50K to 75K per month. Our players are school drop outs. 5 lakhs per annum is huge money. Moreover, these chaps earn thru endorsements collosal sums. Hence 2 to 3 lakhs per annum should be more than enough, in addition to match fees !

take your crap elsehwhere pal ... by your logic we would never have any sports people ever .. by tour logic we will not have any actors either ... why don't people like you direct such thoughts towards politicians ...many of whom don't even have passed 12th grade and make 3 times more money than all our sports people combined . I sincerely hope anyone and everyone with any form of world class athletic ability moves away from india. Bunch of no good whiners , thats what we got in here

Mr. rajnikant . Don't make such statements.To day the players are totally protected from head to toe.Players of previous era used to face much faster bowlers like Griffith without even helmet.Your comments are not appropriate for to day's cricketers
Niranjan Shah and Pawar Both are Idiot, they don't know any thing about Cricket.
First thing which sport ministry of Indian should do that they should make BCCI As a Pvt Ltd Co. almost 60% problem will be over and rest 40% problem is Senior cricket
