Lok Sabha cannot work on implementing compulsory primary education for all children, reducing infant mortality rate or for that matter work towards percolating benefits of 9% growth to the extremes of the society. No! They cannot be bothered by these perennial problems, not when there is World Cup going on. The politicians brains are as wooden as the bat, maybe that's why affinity to cricket than to more pressing problems.
If in spite of this the country is doing 9% growth it is indeed a miracle.
