I think Sreesanth is a better bowler now in Indian side apperantely. Everyone knows he can swing the ball and got the pace..... Go back to South African tour and analyse... He can be handfull to English batsmen this season
England is the right place for Irfan to come back in form,,,, he can shape up his natural swinging ability there.... And i am sure, he is 100 % better than Sreesanth or RP, WHat he is doing in domestic cricket nowadays??? no any matches!!!!!! so bring him to England, give him chances on training matches and deifinetly he will come to form !!!!!!!
He has never been a strike bowler Srinath or Irfan (when he was in form). Its time to ask him as a first change bowler and have attacking bowlers to open with. Where are our Taits,bonds,Akthars? We need them separately.
Is sreeshant better bowler and better alrounder than irfhan ?? is Dinesh karthik a better batsman than irfhan?? BCCI is playing a foul play in dropping Irfhan pathan. Irfhan pathan is talented allrounder he should be part of both test and ODI.

Ya definitely Irfan is a good player but before even he could get his rythm right he started running after advertisements like engine oils, shaving blades and what not.
Well if all our crickets had got their priorities right, india would have been a better team today. They are not satisfied with the lakhs that the board plays they are looking for crores.

Irfan had enough opportunities to come back to form. Let us give him time to come back. By the way, how is he doing in the domestic circles? How many 100s and 5 wickets he has taken. There is a saying " A dancer who cant dance in a street, cant dance in a stage too".

john, you have freedom to criticize, but why you compare them to sreesanth or karthik. dont start south / north issue here. even i like irfan very much, b'coz of his bad form india struggled a lot after pakistan tour, it shows how crucial memeber he his for our team, it is very very difficult to find a replacement for a player like irfan, i was so happy to see a player (all rounder) like him. but its so unfortunate that he is running under very bad patchs. hope he will come back very strongly soon.
Its only rediff which claims Zaheer as spear head, does being a senior automatically qualify one to be known as spear head? Rahul Dravid saying Sourav and Sachin can bowl seam is purely mediocre, so why have you pumped the fast bowling department with a bunch of new guys? what was that irfan pathan does not have that zaheer has? Feel so rotten with Zaheer

bosss irfan dosent now dosent have something very vital---- swing and control !!!!! Zaheer onthe other hand,eversince his comback has been impeccable with his line and legth and relentless with his accuracy.... its time we get over personal favourites and acknowledge good performers !!!!! oh one more thing.... Zaheer is not my personal favourite but that dosent take away the fact that hes beeen the best indian bowler in the recent 6-8 months!!!!

Irfan has lot of cricket left in him, now he is not in good form, he need prove his worth, so let him work hard for that, even he can choose to play some county cricket. Coming to zaheer, he is the only experiance bowler and in good form in the recent times, also with some county experiance, so his presance will be vital for indian team in this tour.
