very bad

I do not understand that how Mr.Pawar can work in two offices at a time. any govt official from clerk to top position cannot work in another organisation nor can do any business when he is the service. Also the same applies in any private or corporate offices, but how pawar is allowed to work in two offices. He is a great example that if a person works for two company's than how worst the results will be, moreover he is occupying the two most important positions - one is india's heart -agriculture and second is -heading india's top sport(both by money and people support). Mr.Pawar pls try to understand and concentrate only in agriculture which needs more attention, after all you also just a human being and cannot produce good results in either of the responsibility u hold. so let this sport be takencare by the same proffession people we have many. Mr.Pawar hope u take my words in right spirit.

This event has to be organised inspite of pawar. The man seems to have an inherent ability to completely wreck things and put up a show of unblemished incompetence

Hope, Mr. Pawar will in a pink of his health on 2011 which is 4 years from now on. I am sure he will cross 70 during that time. Also not much farmers will die in between.

Coming season is the defining one for Sachin Tendulkar
by Judas Preist on Jun 18, 2007 09:19 PM  | Hide replies

This coming season is the defining season for Sachin Tendulkar. It is this season that will decide the future of the maestro!!
1) 3 tests against England in July in england
2) 3 tests against Pakistan in November in India
3) 4 tests against Australia in December in Australia

Sachin Tendulkar has copped a lot of flak in blogs, among cricket scribes, amongst Indian cricket fans and former Indian cricketers!! He has been tainted and shown as the villain of the WC debacle!! For the first time in his illustrious career, experts have raised a doubt about his ability to handle high quality bowling and his ability to cope with the pressures of cricket at the highest level!!

There are many who are calling for his head!!
Lot of this criticism is justified and a bit of it is unwarranted!!
Suffice to say, this coming season will be the acid test! If he comes out with flying colors, all doubts will be put to rest and his detractors will surely take a backward step!!
If he fails to get going, it will surely signal the end of his career!!

As far as i'am concerned, in 10 test matches against high quality opposition like England, Pak and Australia, if he is able to average more than 45 over 10 tests, then he has passed the test!!
If he averages between 35 and 45, then he has done well, but the fact that he is no longer the Sachin of old will be proved!!
If he averages less than 35 in the coming season, he should gracefully retire from the game before the selectors hav

i think of all three possibilities you mentioned, second one coming true has most chance. that way it'll be said he did "good", and he can still play for another 5 years. india will lose though...bcoz there will good enough performance from our star morons to stay but not the match-winning ones..

Good one..
Sachin has proved time and again in the past...
If people are asking him to prove it again.. then there should be something seriously wrong with sachin.. Probably he should admit the bitter truth that he is getting old and say good bye..
He must spend time grooming many other budding sachins in our country..

Sachin had been a very great cricketer to Indian team.. his contributtions are infinite.. At the sametime he cannot play forever..

NOTHING..fewer people will complain. Not many will watch the matches anyway. Less expectation means lesser interest.People will work more and output overall will be higher.students will waste less of their time watching cricket, unlike many students (including myself)who had spent a good deal of time watching this hyped up team playing .

I have always liked this fellow, but after a bad career in Politics he has now moved to Cheap Tricks. BCCI is in a mess, remember the elections, these guys are now bringing a bad name to the country, the coach issue has been embarassing. Hope there is a way to control these folks.
