Out of 78 centuries SACHIN won 64 (ManOfTheMatch award both for test and Onedays). It is not 1 to 11 SACHIN (In a team) there are other 10 players. Many of them here in the forum must have been here in DIAPERS when he hit his first century @ 17 against england where he saved INDIA from defeat and after 6 months he hit couple of centuries against australia when he was just 18 in PERTH (World's fasted and bounciest pitch) and in SYDNEY (fast and quick). Before saying anything you have go back and see whether he hit centuries against MINNOWS or not. " IF YOU HATE SACHIN WEL FAIR ENOUGH " BUT TRY TO DOWNGRADE SOMEONE JUST FOR THE SAKE OF DOING IT. I love this reply. Ha..Ha... Arumugam must check the stats before commenting on some who is a rare thing in the history of Cricket.
In my view, there should be only two categories - 'Winners' and 'Losers'. More than half the players from the present team (including Dhoni and Yuvraj) would fall under 'Loser' category.
It looks funny to pay Sehwag, Bhajji and pathan Rs.35 lakh per year even while they were found unfit to play international cricket. It's also surprising to see the cheat Munaf being graded. He's the one who hides injuries at selection and breaks down in the middle of a tour.
Poor Dinesh Karthick! He'll only get his match fees that too if only he gets to play any matches. What's that the south selector is doing? wake up man! do something for ur zone! Let's boycot any cricket without due representation to our zone despite the presence of talent in abundance. Let them see the empty stands here.
People talk about sachin is god, dont blame hime like. can anyone say what is his contribution to Team India winning
He scored 78 centuries Internationally and only 42 centuries on Team India won the matches (that even more on minnows like Kenya, Zimbabwe, Namibia)
He scored 120 fifties and only 57 fifties helped to India won the match.
Dropping VVS into B grade, Keeping Raina in gradition, Kaarthick & Powar left out, Sehwag & Harbhajan still in list, Ganguly played only one season and remains in A grade, all are jokes
Definitely this demoralise Team India and will make worse impact on England trip.

yes u are right. I dont understand on what system does BCCI works. The BCCI working committe members need to have training camp from good corprotae offices to learn few important things like ADMINISTARTION/GOOD SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION/HR/ etc.
Zaheer and Srresant needed to be in B grade. Rest is very much correct. Despite these players new ungraded players should also get chance to play or else watching cricket will be similar to watching a Hindi seril on DD and other national channels.
I dont really get why laxman was dropped down to a B grade, they never let him play in the bangladesh tour so they cant say its due to his performance.
Zaheer & sreesanth should be in B grade atleast, they did well in the last few tours. Irfan being in B , he hasnt even played a game in like a year he needs to be demoted if he doesnt perform.
Sehwag I understand, he shouldve been sacked a long time ago, jaffer too. This is india so the team will stay the same I bet.
I will be pissed if they axe laxman from the england tour.

I agree 100% on the way Laxman is being treated by selectors as well as the team captain & Co. Without any reason he was skipped for each and every match before the series starts. This is after he scored reasonably well much better than the likes of Sehwags in South Africa.
And misterious part is how Vengsarkar moved from a point when he made Laxman as the vice captain and to the point when he was part of the group that decided that Laxman be in the group B. Between these two events, Laxman did nothing wrong. Perhaps he didnt get opportunity even to do anything wrong (He didnt play a single match after SA tour). There are different treatments for different people. In this case, I feel even Dravid is bad enough not to back Laxman, where he backed Sehwag for a long time.
