Inclusion of Ranadeb is a welcome decision. Better Late Than Never
It is good that justice has been ultimately delivered. Some half-wit and no-wit Regional-Communal guys including a website copy paste lady have been trying to undermine and brand talents putting them under a regional tag. Persons like me, speaking for the neglected talents and against wrong decisions and selections have been advised to migrate to a neighbouring country by some people. Even the nationalism of such talents and their supporters are challenged by the regional blockheads.
Now, all dear idiot Regional brothers and sisters, please wake up. India is much larger than the territory of your Taluk, Zilla or State. Appreciate talents wherever they exist.
RE:Sack Dravid-Make Ganguly the captain

Just dont blame anybody just as he said Ganguly need to be dropped. Azar has same success rate as Ganguly if you remove records against Zim and Bangla Desh aside.Even then we lost to Bangladesh when Gangs was there as a Captain. 2004-2005 Bangladesh v India - 2nd Match Bangabandhu National Stadium (26/12/2004) Result: Bangladesh Won by 15 Runs Man of Match: Mashrafe Bin Mortaza What you are saying ? Now first series as a Captain Ganguly India South Africa 1st IND v SAF 09/03/2000 Nehru Stad. (Kochi),India won by 3 wickets Now you can see Donald who was there in tests opted out,Clusner did not bowl but he was there in the squad. Pollock,Kallis,N Boje did not finish their quota. Cronje,Hayward,Williams,Crookes finishing rest of the overs. What was cooking up. Did South Africa wanted themselves to loose? 2nd IND v SAF 12/03/2000 Keenan Stadium India won by 6 wickets What they are up against? same bowling despite earlier defeat. Same bowling pattern. 4th IND v SAF 17/03/2000 IPCL Sports Complex India won by 4 wickets.
What is going on same bowling pattern. inspite of being two one down in five match series. This should be do or die match for SA. Same bowling pattern. Is it Real great captaincy by Ganguly and match management by Dalmia combine?
u have already f** the team with brain and groupism and with batting standing on the pitch and getting paid...now with ball? ...any other demands bong..........

We have seen what the team was doing when for 1year this bong was not around.Getting ass fu... in South Africa, had to eat humble pie and call him back, and could salvage some pride in the test series with his highest contribution in the series. So we all know who is f**ing the team just look a bit down south u will get the answer.

I guess...we know the answer...what even he did in worldcup...some didnt perform....but not as greedy dog as bong....is it all about earning money where is the performance?...his contract states that standing on the pitch he made the money...........at least they tried and put contry b4 them not otherway around

Joker, u saw the contract. The board saw it and cleared it.How much money can a guy earn by standing longer on the pitch, 2 lakhs, 3 lakhs, how much. Will any player put his career on the block and do it. And if he did, why didnt the board sack him.Only some pea sized brain mongrels like you will keep barking without any reason. If he wanted to stand and make money then why did he get out trying to clear the fence in both the innings , and that also on 88, he could have easily played for his hundred. By the way this bongs family's publishing business earns a profit of 80 crores per annum as reported in hindustan times. They are the richest family in calcutta, and i dont see any sane person doing anything like this, forget about a wealthy guy like him. U hate him, thats ur problem, but stop spinning stories.

Supporter like U! india is not reaching anywhere....still forget about sectorism and go for country as whole...and Greedy dogs never satisfys them selves not with any amount....lol I saw the contract....dont talk without a fact...of course i hate him for things he is doing....I am happy chappel made his life miserable

Thanks....u hate him...i got ur answer...lets not spin stories. Please bring talent better than sachin, saurav, dravid and kumble, i will be the first person to support sacking all these guys.Younsters are given chances but none are showing any spark what sachin , dravid or ganguly showed in their debut itself. The most promising youngster Suresh Raina, shows an average in 20s after playing for 1 year. Well sectorism......me??? or saurav...i think... saurav was the first guy go beyond sectorism.Chappel...gave bad time, i feel any successful person goes thru it.....and it makes a person stronger...and chappel helped him by doing it.... as he came back much stronger.
Sourav ganguly was a victim of bad politics. Now the situation has changed--he is able to prove his efficiency as a bowler as well as batsman. It is solely dependent on the hands of captain and team management. I hope good sense will prevail in future for the interest of Team -India and the common people of India.
Yup, Ganguly can really save the team from his sheer guts to play with the "balls" as well. He is one agressive player who was nearly lost b'coz of bad politics. Had he been the captian in the WC, India would surely put up a decent show.
Ganguly is India's all time mentally toughest cricketer, apart from being India's all time greatest Indian southpaw batsman and of course captain. So why all these debate?

getting serious, mebbe ganguly the bowler isnt what he once was and he could go for major runs. For that reason alone, and that i'd rather have ganguly the marauding batter, I think he should not bowl. I think he contributes enough already and i wouldnt want a shoulder injury to keep him from doing what he's paid to do as a main job.
RE:Hmmm
by Arun Mehra on Jun 14, 2007 08:16 PM
Ya good one!!! With a captain without balls Ganguly will definitely have to contribute both his. If even now u think its good one.
RE:Hmmm
by Arun Mehra on Jun 14, 2007 10:09 PM
Well with a captain like this the whole team can pile up their balls it will not save the team. Gangulys balls in the world cup were worth second highest runs in the tournament(amongst indians), and they didnt loose a single match because of slow run rate, but because they didnot put enough runs and didnot last even 50 overs. Considering that he didnt want ganguly in the team, he didnt mention that gangulys balls were so important for the team to win the world cup.
