AS was evident from thepiles and piles of runs he has been scoring and proving that he is the best indian batsman and much much better compared to rahul Dravid, he is the new wall of indian batting order, as the earlier wall nowadays always crumbles ! ! !
He has proved all his critics wrong and made a phenomenal comeback to international cricket, he is the only man who deserves to become captain of this side in the present lot.

Hey Borde 72 Years old can he help Indian Cricketers?Its really shame on BCCI.They have been in the Papers for Long Time and atlast they have selected Borde just its a waste of time.I still cant Understand Why BCCI has not choosen Foreign Coach.. From the Past we are facing Problems to Play outside the Sub-Continent..India has proved their records(Outside the Subcontinent) Under Foriegn Coaches only..So they should look at Some Foreign Coach. We are Leaving to England Tour..Purely Fast Bowling Tracks..Will Borde Teach Lessons for Players like Sachin,Dravid,Ganguly and Laxman..Not Possible So I think this is the worst Choice and They Should look at another Coach who should be an Allrounder and who can Mingle with Players..

So the name Given for the Cricket Board of India is correct.It never develops Talent or even if somebody wants to develop also they wont allow. This was the case with ICL and also with Chappel. What Chappel said was exactly true ,u want ur team to play like Australia,but u run your cricket like Zimbabwe,now it seems Zimbabwe Board is better than our Board. Total unporfessionalism u can found in BCCI.Well Said Chappel and good decision By Ford.Otherwise after 6 months ,to save Ganguly & sachin they will make Ford as Scape Goat. God only can save Indian Cricket.

Fully agree. BCCI is worse than Zimbabwe Cricket Board or whatever their name is. BCCI is the worst corporation there can be. It is because it is not run by educated professionals but by a bunch of uneducated criminals, politicians and crooks who may also be cunning businessmen.

I am very please to know that Chandu Borde has been remembered at this occasion. When I was young I was a great fan of him. I am sure team will benifit under his able guidance.Best of luck to him. Our super stars must respect the seniors like Borde.

I am fully agree with you, that superstars of Indian cricket should respect siniors like Borde. But sorry , Borde cant be a coach of the 21st century. I think Mohinder Amarnath or Ravi Sashtri would be the wright choise. Ek dhoon yaad aya, if you are of those days, probably youalso remember; A CHANT OFTENLY USED IN CRICKET GROUNDS , ALL OVER INDIA: BORDE KHEL CHORDE. DID YOU REMEMBER? Allways a good crickter ,not necessary will be a good coach.
Borde is 73 years old. He himself needs someone to take care of him. How can he manage a team? BCCI is not just a joke. It is run by mentally retarded crooks and idiots.

I do not agree with u. He is an deciplinarian. He will control the team. Superstars need control at this moment which Dravid is not able to do at this moment. Ther is no team work at all.
