I think its really waste to conduct these sort of Tournaments in Rainy Season. Also with the Absence of Some of the Giants like Muralidharan,Chaminda Vaas,Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar,Inzy it would not be that much Exciting Tournament with Rain Stopping the Play.

You live in USA, Good! IST means Indian Standard Time. It is 5 Hours-30 Mins ahead of GMT (Greenwitch Mean Time. Greenwitch is situated at Standard meridian 0. India is to the East of it. USA is to the west of it. How much is your (USA) time behind GMT:? You can now calculate the match time with reference to USA time. Joe.
Dont the BCCI officials have the telephones numbers of the MET Dept that they could call them and ask what will be the weather in parts of the country in June. I think any school going child will also know that Monsoon arrives in India in June mainly from the South of India. As it is the BCCI is in the news for all the bad things. Somehow I feel they are making more money by getting tournaments cancelled due to rain. The only loser in this case are the Spectators who are not refunded the money. Chennai receives the least amount of rain but host a cricket match and it will rain in May also.Well done BCCI?
