everybody keeps concentrating on praising or abusing batsmen. try to praise the indian bowlers as all of them contributed remarkably in many indian test victories
The quality of articles in rediff(especially the ones related to cricket) is going from bad to worse. The above article is an apt example. The article has no structure and the tenses change frequently. Utterly unprofessional! Seriously, this is no article to be posted on a site like Rediff.

its for you donkey!!1 do you know c of cricket ! you want lead of 350 runs that means at least 80-90 overs and going by the weather bureu, it might take 2 more days leaving one day for India to bowl Eng out, weather permitting....

Its true, weather permit...
But if we score 300 today, and send england to bat for last 10 overs and take at least 1 wicket....
Then england will have to fight for a draw for two long days tomorrow and day after..
England will be defeated by India for One Innings and not less than 50 runs. India will make a total of 450 plus and the England team will get all out before reaching a total of 250 in the second innings. This time Indians are so optimistic in bowling and batting since they got a rhythm in this Test. I am aware that the conditions of pitch and weather at the moment in England. But I believe this match will not lead to 5th day. It will find a result by the end of 4th day and we got another 4 batsmen there including Sachin & Ganguly. It is sure atleast 2 batsmen will shine better and the rest 4 will do their best as supporters to reach our total 400 plus. And today England 2nd Innings will start on post tea sesson and they continue on 4th day morning there they will suffer a massive shock of loosing wickets and by the end of 4th day .. India will win the match by one Innings plus not less than 50 runs. Yes wait and see.... Our boys will do it SURE. LET US ENJOY THIS MOMENT.. INDIA IS GOING TO DEFEAT ENGLAND FOR AN INNINGS PLUS NOT LESS THAN 50 RUNS.. CHEERS.. INDIAN TEAM. COME ON GUYS JOIN ME TO INSPIRE OUR BOYS.. COME ON INDIA...
We have a good match in progress.Karthick has done admirably.Let us not forget this in the usual kudos for 11000.Dravid has been outstanding in his captaincy.Forget his loose shot,it happens to Tendulkar all the time.Tend is also looking good despite the hit on the visor.I hope they click on sunday and build a lead on the great platform built by Karthick and Jaffer.Harsha's anti Dravid kit kit has no takers,why is he sucking up to the Mumbaikars'?Bread and butter matter?He is no expert and is insufferable.He shd go.

if India 0/2 and tendulkar were to ask to bat in the second innings then india would definitely be 0/3 . This is the greatness of Tendulkar. If Ricky pointing or kevin pettersen comes in that position then they make sure that their respective countries get out of danger.

I agree with you guys....... Dravid is not a good captain.....but no doubt, he is a world-class batsman...... and mainly he play for team India.....not for personal record.... So Dravid is far better than Sachin and Gavaskar........

Hey you are right, yesterday during the commentary even gavaskar words looked anti dravid while dravid batting, he keep comparing dravid with other players and his words always downing dravid, i felt very bad a man like gavaskar commentating so many years now, but his commentary yesterday was really bad. Dravid is defenietly better than gavaskar or tendulkar if you compare, b'coz if you go by stats, when ever he made big scores india has won the match. freinds Iam not dravid supporter but supports good cricket.

You are absolutely right.. I agree with you Promod.. yest Dravid is really better than Sunil Gavaskar or Sachin who are more keen to make their records. But Dravid is a true player of India. As a captain he may not much aggressive like Ganguly and there are deffects but as a batsman he will emerge as top to anyone. Gavaskar will support Mumbaites only. he is also a manupulator a Mumbai lobby.

I'm a big time tendulkar fan still i would strongly agree with u guys. In test matches, Dravid has played more match winning innings than Tendulkar. If u go thru the test matches that india has won overseas, the contribution of Dravid has been better than Tendulkar's!
