You are absolutely wright. I loved the book and really enjoyed every bit of it. He comes across as a humble guy devoted to his task in spite of BCCI clowns. It is sad that Ganguly gets all the credit even though I feel he was the one who brought professionalism to Indian cricket. I agree about the humor part especially when he describes a test player on treadmill in chappals:-)
This could be a good test to know whether is Wright a good motivator or a good overall coach. If NZ could take on any team under him, it would be evident enough. However, if it manages a so-so or a bad performance, it could also lead to a thought that he was lucky with the Indian team given to him and with Saurav.
