Bob Woolmer died under very tragic circumstances. Perhaps the disappointment of seeing his team thrown out of worldcup so early, must have sat very heavily on his body, mind and soul. This must have led to a sudden heart attack and his death. The murder theory is not convincing enough. After all if anyone was to be killed by anybody it should have been the Pakistani players who presented such a pathetic display of loosing to local teams such as Irish. Why should the coach be killed for the team's failure?
But in the entire episode, Bob Woolmer's family did their best in humiliating his memory by refusing to visit the West Indies and claim his body for performing last rites. His family seems to be the most thankless one on earth that they let their Man lie on ice for nearly a month without caring to show the dignity the dead deserved. They do not deserve to be associated in whatever manner with a Woolmer Benefit Tie at all. The proceeds should be given to a body, an organization, or a cause which Bob Woolmer held near to his heart. Or at best the ICC should get the proceeds flowing from such a benefit tie and make use of it to hold a tournament in his memory periodically. It could be called the "Bob Woolmer Cup". Or may be the Pakistani Cricket Board can host the same in his memory, that is the least they can do for perpetuating his memory and wash their sin of being the cause of his untimely demise. However, Jack or Gill should be kept away from this entire exercise.
