Firstly, How come this mentally retarded Ifear.. joker is still alive, can somebody p.. on him he will die. Now he can call himself Ifear p..
Secondly the moment there is mention of the word ganguly on the site, 2 kinds of dogs start barking one who support him, and the other who hate him.But it always creates a lot of racket, I wonder why. But we shud accept Ifear p.. always barks the loudest.

yes ODI bowling bouncer restriction, leg side wide restriction, Bowling quota of ten overs per bowler, fielding restriction, having Sehwag Sachin at opposite end,
Running between wickets and fielding ???
all this helped him to hide his weaknesses at cost of other players...
We are interested in how he plays cricket and HOW he DEMOLISHES BEST of the opposition bowling attack.
If he does this as a batsman then we are interested. or simply we can not call him our main weapon.

Yet to see Gangu taking on main bowler. And clearing fear of juniors. Instead seeing him playing short pitched delivery they fear that they can not play such stuff.

Maybe you should take into account the number of innings that Dravid actually was out before he reached the 10000 mark. Check the records and you will see that Ganguly has more completed innings than Dravid.
Secondly opening the batting in ODI gives you more opportunties to score runs (field restrictions...) If he really had the guts he would also open in test matches. Explains his low average...(compared to a Dravid or Tendulkar). His one day record since 2003 WC has not been something to brag about. Most of his one day runs were scored when short pitched bowling was not allowed in ODI.
Comparing him to Dravid in one dayers is ridiculous. Dravid does not get the same freedom of field restriciton when he is batting. Look at the records of 1 day batsman and you will realize that except for (Inzi, Hussey, Bevan, and maybe a few others all batsmen with good records are batting in the 1 to 3 positions. When Dravid played his 1 down position (1999 world cup) he was a prolific scorer.
Finally to place him over Gavaskar, Kapil dev, Sacchin and Dravid is the most ridiculous statement. To my knowledge except for Ganguly and Kapil everyone else have a test average of over 50. Also, I think that Kapil was named the player of the century and not Saurav. I guess scoring 5000 plus runs and taking 400 plus wickers is an easy feat that Ganguly could easily achieve.

U r a big time loser Krishna...a big meaningless reply for a meaningless post. whatever u say...in ODIs...dravid became a player of some stature only after ganguly kept him in the odi team by makking him keep. his avg in odis is best as a wk. in odis dravid is no match to a matchwinner like sourav. who cares about averages?

Ganguly is downearth person it is. Look how calmly and coolly he is.He is no prouding.
