WE have only four places in the middle order. Dravid and Tendulkar take the two places because of their class and stature. This means that there is a competition between Ganguly, Laxman and Yuvraj for the remaining two places. We all know that Ganguly can not be dropped so easily because of his fanatic fans. This means that either Yuvraj or Laxman will have to sit out. In Bangladesh, Laxman has to sit out and probably this time Yuvraj will have to sit out. It is unfair to both Yuvraj and Laxman since both of them are in tremendous form.

Other option is to include Ganguly as opener in Test matches. However, we all know what happened when Greg and Dravid suggested him to open inning in Pakistan.
When Dravid said that we shd expect more from Tendulkar then immediately Tendulkar proved it is right by scoring a huge score. Now Dravid is commenting almost same on Laxman, may be Laxman will do good.
So shd we start thinking that Dravid is going to be a great astrologer after his retirement?
What do u say??? Please give an intelligent comment.

Dravid is best in all things. Well it is not at all futureprediction its the way to boost the player especially when he come back to the team . He boosted Sachin when everyone complaining about him So its the duty of a Captain to moralise his teammates
Lastly Rahul Dravid I Love U and proud to have u in our team . U r the best test player in the world

Rahul dravid is Ill person recently he got retired due to hurt on his head bouncer by R P Singh
Going by this article, it appears as if Dravid is jus trying to make up for the dent that has been made to VVS's moral by the musical chair game being played on him by the "honourable selectors". In my view,VVS is the best player in da indian ranks to play the swing in the typical seeming conditions.( and perhaps this is the only reason Y the selectors have pulled him out from ignominy they had imposed on him for long. These jokers did not have any other option but to call him in order to plug the now notorious "the great indian batting collapse".) Apart from the initial jittery starts that VVS has now mastered these days, one sees negligible flaws in his classical batting.Well.....he's my man to watch out for this english summer....apart from may be "the fading glory Sachin".....

Dravid has done that before not only for Laxman, but he has also opened the innings in Pakistan to accomodate Saurav in middle order (against Chappell & More's wishes)
I had stored somebodys message. Have a look!. Statistics dont lie! We keep saying that Ganguly is the best captain india has ever produced,i am not sure if that's true but one thing is dead true and that's,he was blessed with the best test batsman India has ever produced, the legend, the immortal,Rahul Dravid.Without "The Wall" Ganguly would have been just another Captain.Little research on Dravid's performance in all test wins under Ganguly
So here's Dravid's contribution in all test wins under Ganguly.

I fully agree. Dravid is a very intelligent cricketer and he has played a major role in most of the victories under Ganguly's captaincy. I think Tendulkar, Dravid, Lakshman and Kumble played a major role in most of the victories under Ganguly. In fact, team India did not do very well in last year of Ganguly's Captaincy. This was because Tendulkar was absent due to injury or was playing below his potential. Dravid has better record as a captain with a relatively young team. Tendulkar and Kumble are on decline and we are seeing a number of young players in the team
