I am not sad. It is good that he led a nice life, payed for the country, scored runs.

End has to come. Nobody will remember the name - but it will always be there in the cricket record books.

Thats a sad demise. He was a great cricketer.
I felt this was more like his statistical accomplishments converted into prose. I am still not sure whether this could be a fitting orbituary for him!

Yes..statistics dont always give a true picture...
Uncovered pitches the deadly bowling attacks of that time....
