Endulkar will be there until 2019 WCUP,he will play along with his Son Arjun Endulkar in that trophy because in 2011 WCUP India might fare worse than this time so he will try to win the CUP before he retires...
These 2 Innings are enough for his supporters led my Gavaskar to ask his criticis how much Cricket have u played when Endulkar fails for 10 more times and not to mention all crunch matches..

Well u didnt hold a bat in ur hands either,how can someone praise a cricketer if he hasnt scored 10000 runs himself?
Its clear that tendulkar is not the same batsman he once was - but that is only to be expected. His reflexes have slowed and he has lost that extra split-second that he used to enjoy. That makes him look more ordinary and vulnerable. But I still think he has a very compact technique. And given the lack of talent around, he can certainly hold a place in the Indian team for now. Would he make the Australian team right now - the answer is no. But there arent too many knocking on the doors of the Indian cricket team right now.
Where the team management can help him is by giving him a clear role. I think he enjoys opening the batting in one day cricket. It puts him in a positive mindset, and it allows him to enter the field when India is 0/0 - so his mind is fresh and clear. I dont think he has the adaptability to adjust his game to different scenarios when he plays in the middle overs. He ends up thinking about it too much, and not playing his natural game. So, I think Sachin should open the batting in one day cricket.
In test cricket - I think he should retire. We need to nurture a new look middle order. Sachin - in my view - is not a great test match batsman. He is good, but there have been many better than him. His only hundred in the last 2 years has been a scratchy one at kotla - and he is simply blocking the number 4 test slot. That is a slot that yuvraj should now occupy. In our test match line-up, I think we need to look at building the nucleus of a new team (bats

When they used to play in Sharjah, Pakistan always had the upper hand. In other venues, its pretty much neutral.

most of those matches were played in Sharjah where all the people and even umpires are against INdia and once Srikanth termed being played against 13 players rather than 11 players. Cricket became competetive in sharjah only in the last 10 years where the game became more fairer and India started winning.
Here people are fighting who is great dravid or ganguly. I think this is a meangless discussion as every individual is different and
different styles to lead a team. Finally what matters is the results and both ganguly and dravid has the same winning percentages in onedays
and Dravid did better than Ganguly in Test matches. We won first test series in pak, SA, SL outside India. Its dravid who led to consecutive
16 one day matches chasing. Only thing people remmber is the WC where the whole team failed, wt a captain can do?
Its also depends on the type of team the captain gets, how the team performs on a given day, luck also plays some part, the conditions you r playing, the kind of opposition and so on. Lets not compare X with Y.
I think Coach or Captain doesnt hold a special tag. Captain is just another team player, but given responsibility to implement the strategies
that were discussed in the team meetings with coach along with Senior players. In summary, Captain is just a facilitator and one of the 11
team members.
If team members don%u2019t take the responsibility and don%u2019t perform well, wt a Coach or Captain or a team lead can do? This is not a childish game or no player is a child to tell on each and every day, every morning wt you need to do.

wt hype your talking about? whatever Ganguly does got hyped up. Dravid is silent, clinical and professionally doesn his job, it doesnt mean that he is weak and worthless.

I agree that Yuvi deserves the captaincy, but we all know how indiscipline yuvi can become and it is that arrogance and ignorance that made him unfit for the captaincy. He was warned a lot of times about his character and his behaviour. Selectors are giving a big signal to those who dont have disciplane by not offering Yuvi the vice captaincy. Its a big lesson for all those who thinks thay are greater than game. no player including sachin and dravid are bigger than the game.
