India should win, but West Indies are a good team so they have a good chance too. It's hard to believe that India hasn't won a series overseas in 16 years, even with tendulker or ganguly??
Why? because Indian players are too soft, they don't talk back and gets scared easily. They need more players like pathan who is not scared. He should be in the team, specially with the world cup so close. After the world cup dravid, ganguly and tendulker should retire.
The composition seems to be right. Whatever the results, WI board wants to play youth who acn gain from the experience of LARA. They may not win the world cup but atleast they know they have chance to play. Compare it with Indian Team. So called confirm selections of World Cup squad are either dropped or injured ( namely Sehwag, Yuvraj ) and the selctors have filled the current XI with batsmen knowing well Indian Pitches. Little wonder, India will do well in home series and players will be put to blame for the next big SHOW, which is going to be overseas, in a country where they need LEGENDERY KAPIL and not so called champion commentators like Shastri who called the shots in SA by recommending to send Sehwag to open batting in 2nd innings of 3rd Test.
It is amazing that a player like Dave Mohammed is not included in the West Indies' squad that tours India later this month. He would have been a handy spinner, and we would have had a real contest between the ball and the bat. I wonder if he is injured, as he can be a world-class spinner in the making. Soudager
